Un paraíso en un rincón de Colombia
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones y esos pequeños detalles como la agua de panela caliente en la noche y una bolsita de agua caliente.

Cons:

Las habitaciones por su forma de construcción permite escuchar los ruidos de las habitaciones aledañas, depende mucho de los buenos huéspedes. Aunque resalto que dormí de maravilla.

All around nightmare place to stay

Cons:

The room had very little hot water. The wifi did not work. The floor was dirty. The curtains were moldy. There was no mirror in the room, so I had to go to the restaurant bathroom to do my hair and makeup. The girl managing the hotel was rude and kept lying to me.
I ordered a side of patacones in the restaurant and when they arrived, they smelled like rancid oil. I stupidly ignored the signs and ate then. I ended up vomiting up spoiled cooking oil all night.

El mesero, muy atento

Cons:

El baño la parte donde está el inodoro, no tiene ventana, no hay ventilación para los olores,se filtran olores del baño y de otras habitaciones, el hidromasaje no masajea, agua muy tibia, mucho ruido no se puede descansar profundamente
