Pros:

Very instagrammable place, a bit pricey for what you get, lovely views and really cool chalet, but also lacking a bit of atmosphere and personality, food was good, although no choice for breakfast

Cons:

Didn't feel very welcoming at breakfast, also you are just served a breakfast without being asked what you can or cannot eat (possibly problematic for vegetarians - we got bacon and meat in nearly all dishes on the second day so couldn't eat it), not really anything to do around, facilities a bit outdated

Прекрасное место, чтобы отдохнуть от городской суеты. Уединенно, спокойно и безумно красиво.
Отдельно хочется выделить персонал отеля, не везде встретишь такое чуткое, а главное искреннее отношение к гостям! Нарек, Мари, Мариам, спасибо большое! Мы провели 2 отличных дня и обязательно приедем еще!

Wonderful Stay at Lost in the Sky
We had a wonderful stay at Lost in the Sky! Everything was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from our room. Waking up to such a beautiful scenery was truly unforgettable.
The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of choices. It was the perfect way to start each morning.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful place, excellent service, delicious breakfast, and an unforgettable experience! ❤️

Ein Muss für alle Naturliebhaber. Fernab von den üblichen Destinationen, im Schoße der weitgehend unberührten, malerischen Natur.
Die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch ihre zeitgemäße, unaufdringliche, dennoch funktionale Einrichtung aus. Sämtliche für den täglichen Bedarf erforderlichen Gegenstände sind verfügbar.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der ausgezeichnete Service, der mit großer Aufmerksamkeit (auch für Kleinigkeiten) stets am Kundenwohl agiert. Wir wurden von Maria (Hotelmanagerin) überaus herzlich und mit besonderer Sorgfalt betreut, was uns sehr beeindruckt hat.

Pros:

The stay, the views, beautiful jacuzi view and glass bedroom with breathtaking view. The staff are so kind and helpful especially Maria ❤️ im so satisfied with her.

Cons:

Everything is perfect just the bugs keep coming in, however staff was helpful and did the spray but it was a bit inconvenient to sit in the terrace area where jacuzi is.

Good place but needs to improve safety and the facility and cleaning !

Location and view were amazing !

Cons:

The terrace was unsafe for children. It was open to the valley with no safety borders

Rain comes inside the premises, and cleaning is a pet poor !

No facilities at the place and restaurant variety were so poor !

Calm relaxation with mounting view
Pros:

Excellent location, very comfortable and atmospheric place. Amazing view of the nearest mountains directly from the bedroom. Tasty food from their home kitchen. Jacuzzi on the balcony is very relaxing, especially in the evening.

Cons:

The breakfast started only at 10. It might be a bit earlier.
