Muy cómodo y limpio. Aunque no hay alguien físicamente en recepción tienen un timbre donde solucionan todas tus dudas.

Cons:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés (16:30), le logement n'était pas prêt, à savoir, tout en dessus dessous, pas nettoyé, draps non changés, etc. La personne en charge du nettoyage était assise sur une chaise à scroller son smartphone... visiblement pas très concernée. Tout aussi inacceptable que désolant, surtout quand on offre un check-in autonome.

Struttura molto bella, servizi e sicurezza non accettabili
Pros:

La stanza veramente bella, arredata con gusto, ampia, due letti molto comodi, una cucina attrezzata con microonde. Una coccola avere a disposizione una macchina Nespresso con cialde in omaggio. Ti fanno compilare un contratto che ti arriva on line e ti mandano il codice di apertura del portone (che corrisponde a quello della camera) via e-mail prima del tuo arrivo. La segreteria ha sempre risposto in tempo rapido ad ogni contatto. Non puoi accedere alla struttura prima delle 16 (come da contratto), noi abbiamo lasciato le valige al deposito della stazione di quebec city, che si trova a 10.minuti di distanza.

Cons:

Purtroppo, pur essendo previsto il check a partire dalle 16.00, quando siamo arrivati alle 17.30 c'era la signora che stava pulendo la camera. Abbiamo atteso una decina di minuti può capitare. Quello che non è accettabile è tornare la sera dopo e trovare la porta della stanza aperta con i letti rifatti.. (Non era previsto il rifacimento della stanza, come da comunicazione della struttura,eppure abbiamo trovato i letti rifatti, senza cambio di salviette). Gravissimo trovare la porta aperta. Avevamo dentro tutte le nostre cose. Abbiamo avvisato prontamente la reception. Che si è scusata. Lo trovo inaccettabile. Siamo stati via da mattina a sera. Abbiamo provato disagio e fastidio. Peccato perché la struttura merita, ma un problema così non lo abbiamo mai avuto. Non ci ritorneremmo

Pros:

Es tal y como se ve en la foto. Tiene al lado un supermercado. Cerca del centro caminando y de la estación de tren y bus.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor pero no te lo dicen hasta que llegas. No me importa subir escaleras pero eso no está bien. Se avisa antes.
