Pros:

The room and hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. However due to a refurbishment programme (which we were contacted about before our stay) the breakfast options were limited as no kitchen open till 12noon.

Lovely rooms and good food.
Pros:

Spotless and well decorated rooms, everything you would expect is provided.
Staff are friendly and helpful too.
Food is always great. .

Cons:

It can be noisy after the football depending on the room you get, but that doesn’t last long, I really can’t fault it.

Amazing hotel just needs a few tweaks to be the best in area

Everything the hotel top to bottom Was luxury staff couldn't do enough for us amazing place everything was high standard possibly the best in Preston area. The cleaning staff was efficient the receptionist was polite and helpful breakfast stuff was attentive and friendly

Cons:

The inner child in me wanted to use the swing door but it was broken. :( Hidden fees you make a booking but then get charged extra when arrive this should be in with initial price if its more charge more initially. Also I messaged through booking. Com and communicated with someone to make sure 3 sleeping spaces was available in room and nothing was ready poor receptionist had to run round and put beds in room etc

This was our 1st stay.
All the staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful.
The room was super and we loved the countryside view and waking up to a scene of baby lambs and Hares running across the fields.
The room was well stocked with high quality tea, coffee, biscuits, fresh milk and still/sparkling water.
It was so quiet and peaceful.
We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the Sports Bar.
Breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast room was so beautiful and quiet.The quality of the food was excellent and the cooked breakfast was cooked so beautifully.
We absolutely loved this hotel and will be returning.

Pros:

The rooms are luxurious with amazing facilities. They are clean and comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.

Cons:

Other than breakfast there wasn't any food served at the sports bar or Milano restaurant.

Good but hungry

Very modern and the room had a great view of the pitch

Cons:

Although we received an e mail apology that the restaurant wasn’t open but there was bar food available all day we were told after checking in that there was no bar food as it was a match day . Normally wouldn’t be a problem but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere
