Spacious with comfortable bed and good Aircon. Good breakfast. Quiet
Did not take onboard I was lactose and wheat intolerant so had to use my own bread and butter. There was no window to open - I do like being able to access fresh air.

Breakfast on the first day wasn’t great.. we waited a long time for a coffee which ended up coming after the food. The scrambled egg had so much black pepper in it that it tasted awful! The next day it was much better though.

Easy parking and electric charging. Lovely staff especially Matthew at the bar and Yulia looking after us at breakfast. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely bathroom. We were able to easily access our golfing venues and loved our stay. Easy Uber to St Anne’s and Lytham for evening meals. We had a great stay,thanks.

Unfortunately when we arrived reception told us that there was no food on the 1st night in the bar restaurant!.(no chef on a Wed) when we spoke with manager he was very obliging and booked us a table at The Villas another hotel in his group. We were given free complimentary drinks on arrival and a free bottle of wine.

Room cleaning could have been a little cleaner if we're being picky but a lovely room with tea and coffee plus biscuits.
Really comfortable and great value for money.
The breakfasts were very good. Plenty of choice and the staff topped up the various containers when asked. The staff were very friendly. The location was ideal for us as we were attending the Ladies British Open golf. Plenty of parking. Very spacious rooms and lovely bathroom.
The only slight negative was that we couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air. The air con worked well but it was slightly noisy

Unusual location, but ideal setting to meet up with our grandson. Plus the next day to drop onto the motorway to head back home down south.
The room was very comfortable and modern. Well equipped. We slept extremely well.
The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. We would definitely stay here again, and thoroughly recommend it to other visitors.
The only issue I had was the 2 steps down into the bedroom after entering the room. Only because I had recently broken my ankle, and wasn't expecting steps inside the bedroom. Next time we visit, it will not be an issue.
We like the location, plenty of parking, lovely rooms and a good breakfast.
Although we were paying guest when we went to the bar for drinks and food we were abruptly ushered out and told you can't come in, it's tickets only for football, it would have been helpful if we were emailed about this before we booked that we were not allowed to use the hotels facilities. The hotel was not full by any means so it seemed odd we were given a room directly above the bar where the football and music was on. It's a shame.
