I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
Pros:

I honestly didn’t like anything about it, I wanted to find a different hotel when I arrived and saw the room quality but I was pretty tired

Cons:

Room isn’t as shown in picture, moldy walls, Moldy shower, room smells bad, bed was stiff, room has windows near the elevator and you can literally hear everything and anyone passing through which means people can hear us from the other side.
I’ve documented photos, the photos on the booking.com seems brand new and clean but the room was actually very old and disgusting

Bad Hotel and horrible staff
Cons:

There was a lot of noise outside and the staff did not assist with anything. Not even to find out when it would be quite so I could plan my bed time

Overpriced Stay With Poor Cleanliness & Maintenance
Pros:

the location was convenient, with jalan alor and many food options within a 5–10 minute walking distance. there were plenty of restaurants and street food stalls nearby.

Cons:

for 340RM (~85USD) per night for an executive triple room, the overall experience was very disappointing. the hotel had a strong unpleasant odour throughout the corridors and room. the property looked old, run down, and poorly maintained.

the bathroom had multiple issues, including a leaking tap, a toilet door that could not be locked, and drainage problems that caused unpleasant smells. cleanliness was a major concern as there were baby cockroaches in the room.

basic amenities were lacking. no bottled water was provided in the room, and guests had to refill water from a dispenser near the lift area. only body wash was provided, with no shampoo or conditioner.

the hotel does not have its own parking, so guests need to find street parking or pay for nearby private parking. soundproofing was extremely poor, and noise from neighbouring rooms and motorcycles outside made it difficult to sleep. i was disturbed by loud music from other guests early in the morning and traffic noise throughout the night.

the mattress was uncomfortable and felt worn out, with noticeable sagging whenever i lay down. overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort, cleanliness, or value expected for the price paid. i would not recommend it to travellers or families who prioritise a clean and comfortable stay.
