The City Club On Plein

On the booking platform it stated that there was safe secure parking. I sent a mesage to ask where would we park, no reply...When we checked in, apparently there were only two parking remotes available at R300 each and it was booked out. We had to park our car at the police station for safety. The next morning there still no cars parked in the yard??
There were bed lice and the wifi did not work. We had to listen to a couple going at it basically all night.

For the value one pays, the apartment would benefit from a fully equipped kitchen with utensils; it has sufficient space for that. It would also benefit from improved cleaning standards and basic cleaning tools, and urgent attention to the ironing station. Set it up more suitably or provide it in each room.

Clean but the shower is very sleepery almost fell , and no spoons to stair coffee, towels must be improved cheap material you wipe the white fluff in your body

Door was broken couldn’t close curtains was to small so I had to put towels on the curtains to cover the whole window

I requested a quiet room and was instead woken up on Sunday morning with horrific demonic screaming coming from the loudest speakers on the property behind us. There was some man who refused to stop screaming into a microphone that was blaring on the fullest volume. I would not recommend staying there on a Saturday night, and I do not party or drink, this was just disrespectful.

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect

We were received with a very scary picture of a dirty smelly yard with boys smoking, and the other woman renting a place in a filthy room that smells when you pass through the window. We went to the office to want our money back and they changed us to what they said was better. Dagga smoke was coming throught the windows. Bin was Infront of us very full and smelly. We requested them to please pick it up as it was causing flies. The room was not cleaned most of the time. We couldn't operate TV nobody told us about anything. Bad bad bad

1. The pool was dirty.
2. The iron and ironing board are situated outside by the poolside and the iron does not work well.
3. The towels are not changed - the client must use the same wet towel used the previous day.
4. The room service actually doesn’t clean.
6. The shower does not having a sliding door so the floor becomes REALLY wet.
7. The TV is not user friendly. They have restricted some functions on the TV remote which makes it difficult to watch Netflix and other entertainment programmes. HORRIBLE.
