Poor customer experience
Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I was called while not at the property and accused of fighting in my room and i was told they have cameras so they have footage of me, only to come back and speak to a staff member and I explained that I was not at the property and I was called while being out, only for them to figure out that it was their tenants in ROOM 1!
I didn't get a proper apology from anyone yet accused without them actually investigating who is the actual problem.
Besides that, water from the shower goes every in the ensuite and the TV facilities sucked!
Only good thing about this property is the price and location being close to cbd.

Very peaceful
Pros:

I loved that it was close to all our shops we shop at, it was nice and safe very very spacious rooms for the twins to play in loved the big bathroom and shower and there's a pool !!

Cons:

I just wish they had a 2 plate stove and maybe laundry equipment would have been the icing ontop other than that I will always come back !!!!

Upon booking I requested a pool view as my 1st booking was perfect no problems etc...I messaged but no response 😕
No TV or wifi was working even the remote control had no batteries also notified them but still no reply 😒
There was no wash up cloth or dry towel the plates was so dirty and still wet when I took it out to dish up food , no soap , suger and coffee, I had to ask the clearners for those things, there were people at room number 1 who made so much noise and playing load music up until midnight but its states clearly no loud music or noise but they had no respect for the guest who were there I am very disappointed with my 2nd visit

Pros:

Enjoyed the convenience of the location. Very close to Observatory and Salt River where there is a lot to do. Staff is friendly. Value for money.

Cons:

Neighbours were extremely noisy. Children playing by the pool until almost 1am at night, loud shouting. Bathroom setup does not make sense as bathroom door slams into sink when it is opened. You need to close the bathroom door and step into the shower to get past and access the toilet. Could also use a broom, mop and cloth to clean as we go, and more than one toilet roll for a Friday to Sunday stay for two people.
