Alarme incendie 3 fois dans la même soirée du a des personnes qui fument prêt des détecteurs ou dans les chambres ….

Établissement chaleureux ! C'est un peu comme à la maison !
Pros:

Une ambiance très convivial, comme à la maison. Le personnel était très agréable, réceptif aux demandes. Enfin nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, l'établissement est proche de toutes commodités et très central pour un départ à la découverte de la ville.

Moc dobre snídaně a vynikající přístup personálu. Naprosto ve všem nám vyšli vstříc s pomohli nám vyřešit naši situaci.

Séjour très bien. Hôtel à retenir lors d'une prochaine venue à Marseille
Pros:

L'hôtesse d'accueil était très agréable et souriant. La chambre n'était pas immense mais très propre et le lit était très confortable. J'ai apprécié la place de parking en sous sol moyennant un supplément de 15 euros (un peu cher mais nécessaire). Proximité du métro pour se déplacer dans le centre ville.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir réserver la place de parking en même temps que la chambre.

La posizione vicinissima alle fermate di autobus e metro per raggiungere facilmente il centro.
Il personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Colazione ricca e per tutti.

Great short stay.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the metro station and within walking distance of several restaurants. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the common areas were always spotless. The restaurant was super cute and had books and games available, which made it feel really cozy. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

At night the surrounded area can be a bit sketchy for a female solo traveler.

Шикарный отель
Pros:

Все дни проживания в отеле были комфортным. Расположение: станция метро, остановки автобуса очень близко, можно добраться в любую точку Марселя максимум за 30 минут, на метро 5 остановок и ты уже на ж/д вокзале, на автобусе 10 минут и ты на море. Чистота: в номере отеля очень чисто, если не поставил табличку "Не беспокоить"- номер уберут, кровать заправят, полотенце, если надо поменяют. Даже в коридорах отеля очень чисто, что не во всех отелях. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда старается помочь. С моим уровнем знания языка, что английский или французский это было немного сложно, но благодаря им все было понятно. Ещё раз большое спасибо Персоналу.

Cons:

Все понравилось. Что хотелось добавить в номер, на летний период- минихолодильник. Мне этого очень не хватало в номере.
