Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The suite was clean and felt remodeled to modern standards. I celebrated my birthday during our stay with my wife and son and the staff had a little surprise waiting for us in the suite!
The resort is beach front and towels and chairs are provided.
The buffet is delicious and lots of options are available, especially for toddlers!
We will definitely go back next time we’re in Europe!

Location
Overpriced more like a 4 star than a 5 star. Original room we were placed in was looking at a car park had to pay 1600 euros extra for a side sea view just to not be looking at a car park . Food and drink overpriced for mediocre quality and not much variety. Service ok at best.
A lovely hotel in an amazing location, just steps away from the beach. The room was comfortable, everything was clean, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. A special thank you to Anna, the manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel very well looked after. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Mallorca!

Nice beach
everything. You pay 1000 euro a night to get the worst service ever, horrible room cleaning, the stuff ( especially next to pool) who gets the half of the order or dosent care at all and talks to the college instead. Breakfast opens at 8:30 and if you go to the pool after that you can or even get a bottle of water till 12. So if you have a baby good luck… I had to go to the pool so many times early “before 12” and would ask for the water and they always said “no” not theirs problem. It was also a birthday of my husband and I informed hotel when I arrived and 3,2,1 days an advance. They said “they are doing to organize something great” at the end it was NOTHING . Pathetic, not even a ballon . And after I complain they brought 1 !!! ballon and said its illegal to decorate next to the beach. so yes service is sooooo bad, manager Anna is …. **** and juts sad for the island that is so beautiful
