Die Lage des Pools, da der Pool durch die umliegenden Hochhäuser immer im Schatten lag.

Wir waren 4 Nächte da . Der Müll wurde nur unregelmässig abgeholt und keine frischen Handtücher/ Klopapier gebracht. Wir haben nachgefragt und welche bekommen.
Das Zimmer ist für mehrere Tage zu klein und wird es mit der Zeit zur Herausforderung. 2 Koffer im Zimmer auszuklappen ist unmöglich.
Parkplätze zu teuer aber für Waikiki normal. 55$ / Tag. Man soll den Autoschlüssel abgeben. Für 60$ kann man ins Parkhaus nebenan parken oder kostenlos direkt am Fluss parken. Wir hatten meistens Glück damit.

I would like to leave an honest review of this hotel. First of all, I want to say that this is my first truly negative and disappointing review.

The reality of this hotel does not match expectations or the photos at all. Calling it a 4-star hotel feels very misleading.

1. We booked a room with a balcony and a pool view and paid extra for it, since these rooms are more expensive than standard ones. We expected to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony. However, the actual view we received was directly facing an elevator. Our balcony felt like an extension of the hotel corridor, with constant foot traffic going to and from the elevator. Because of this, we were unable to use the balcony at all.

Even worse, we couldn’t keep the curtains open inside the room, since everyone coming out of the elevator had a direct view into our room. We were forced to keep the curtains closed and sit in the dark most of the time.

2. The room itself. The description states 34 square meters, but in reality the room is much smaller — around 15–20 square meters. It also feels like they may have calculated the square footage including the elevator area, which is practically right next to our room. The layout is very poorly designed. The TV is placed to the side of the bed and cannot be adjusted. The soap is not placed near the sink but mounted on the wall near the entrance to the bathroom, which is very inconvenient.

The bathroom also lacks basic functionality. There is nowhere to hang wet clothes or swimsuits after the beach, only two small hooks for towels. There is no proper space to dry anything.

We were provided with two bottles of water upon check-in, but during our stay—even after two cleanings—no additional water was provided.

3. There was also a strong draft coming from the hallway. It was very noisy and constantly blowing into the room, making it difficult to sleep. On the very first day, we even got sick because of it.

Overall, we were very disappointed.

Very good stay all in all. Yet 2 drawbacks :
1/ Was a bit too noisy in the early morning as our room was on street side on 3rd floor with old and thin window that wouldn't close perfectly.
2/ the main issue : we were a family of 5 (my wife and I + 3 kids) and were supposed to have a breakfast included reservation. On the first day we found out that breakfast was not a buffet but " a la carte" which is totally fine but we were only allowed 2 meal items + 2 beverage items per breakfast. That was quite frustrating as we ended-up with a 250$ surcharge on our breakfast after 4 days... the hotel said it was a common issue with booking.com and booking.com told me it was not supposed to happen this way yet they didn't do anything about and I'm the one paying it all in the end... Frustrating feeling of being ripped-off.

Rooms facing the street might be a little noisy based purely on the location of the hotel.

The water in my room was draining very slowly; it took almost half an hour for one person to shower. The room was excessively dusty; dust was everywhere, especially on the bed, sofa, nooks and crannies, and particularly in the bathroom. The towels were especially dusty; every time I used them, I coughed and sneezed a lot, and my eyes stung because of the dust.

Nothing it was great !

Prix du parking un peu élevé surtout avec le service de voiturer obligatoire qui nous a rajouté des frais.
1 matin le chef en cuisine n'était pas là nous n'avions pas le choix donc sur le plat du petit déjeuner.
