Es war echt perfekt gewesen
Pros:

Everything was truly perfect. I was only missing a few small things.

Cons:

I need a cutting board, a vegetable knife, and a cereal bowl from the fridge area.

Pros:

Room its self was loverly and also really clean.

Cons:

That i left a make up bag with some expensive stuff in. Tried to arrange collection a few times that fell through from there side due to poor communication. Only time they communicated was when they wanted to charge me postage and a £20 to post it. I then attempted again to say I would drive to collect it and didn't get another response.

Perfect place to stay in Wooler
Pros:

This is a great place to stay in Wooler. The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished. The windows open fully, which is so refreshing - and unusual these days! The bathrooms are great. There are no staff, but check in is very straightforward. Loved this place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

No curtains on windows. Only gives automated responses to communications. Requests £150 deposit.
Pros:

The location was convenient

Cons:

There was no blind or curtain on the very large window. Thats a bit of an issue in the summer if you like any kind of darkness when going to bed.
The booking.com messaging just gave automated messages. There was a phone number on thebroom but noone answered. Communication was awful. They are unable to sort out any issues if they arise.
In addution they also ask for a swcurity deposit of £150 the day before you check in or a non refundable charge of £25.

DEFINATELTY not recomended, which is a shame because the room was otherwise quite nice.

We'll be back!
Pros:

Excellent location in the middle of the main street, able to park outside. The room was a good size with a large shower room and very comfortable.

Cons:

A toaster wasn't provided and would be nice. And we couldn't get the TV to work! Two controllers, and it seemed to be locked in to someone else's Netflix etc accounts.

Would not return. No curtains or black out blinds so sun was blasting through window early hours. Poor communication.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. We were not given the room we had paid for, walked in on a couple due to poor room allocation, and the facilities were below standard.

Pros:

Clean, quiet, and brilliant facilities for hikers!

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay in Wooler, Arlington House Hotel is a perfect choice. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. We loved the kitchenette, which allowed us to put together a lovely cheese platter and enjoy a relaxing evening.
The hotel is incredibly quiet and feels like a calm retreat. It is also exceptionally well-equipped for outdoor enthusiasts, featuring a laundry room, a drying room, and a handy boot room for muddy shoes. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

The location was perfect, right on Wooler high street, central and easy access to areas we wanted to visit. The communications were excellent throughout and we had responses to any questions really fast. The apartment was great, with a small kitchenette area, microwave coffee maker were nice touches. Bathroom is big so is the waterfall shower. No complaints whatsoever and we will book again, if its available, when in the area.

A big thank you to the hosts, highly recommended.

AAAAA+++++++++++

Cons:

Nothing

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. It was close you shops and pubs.
Had a huge TV as I could open the windows.

Cons:

There was no power point in the bathroom, so I had to stand in the little kitchen to use the dryer. If I had been with a partner, that would have been a bit squishy if he had wanted to get to the kitchen.
The freezer of the fridge had not been defrosted in ages so there was a build up of ice making it hard to put anything in it. I needed to freeze some ice blocks for my medication, and they only just fitted with no room for anything else.
I could not turn up the volume on TV as the remote wouldn't allow this so I couldn't watch TV.
One of the chairs was very loose and when I sat on it and leaned back a little the chairs was wobbly.
Communication was not good. I left 3 messages, one on booking.com and 2 on different land lines asking someone to call me re these issues but no one called back.
There was only 2 hr street parking (Mon-Sat). There was free parking about 500 meters away which was NOT suitable for someone with mobility issues. If I had been notified at the time of booking that I had to walk that distance with bags or that I would gave to being the car round, unload my bags, then drive yo the parking lot and walk back to the accommodation, I would NOT have booked here for 2 nights.
There was also a large patch of mold on the ceiling which I put down to me NOT feeling very well during my stay.
The lid of the sugar container was broken.
