Pros:

I was honestly a bit hesitant to book this place because of the mixed reviews and relatively low rating, but I’m very glad I took the chance.

The location is excellent. It’s close to the sea and conveniently situated between the old town and the more central area with temples, parks, and attractions, so getting around was easy.

I stayed in Room 15, and it was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The room has a window, and everything was well maintained. The shared bathroom and shower were also consistently clean throughout my stay. There was a staff member cleaning regularly, and it really showed.

I did notice that some other rooms looked a bit more worn when I passed by during housekeeping, so the condition may vary. But Room 15 was great, and if it’s available, I would definitely recommend booking it.

Another big plus was the owners and staff. They were always available, friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions. Their hospitality made the stay much more comfortable.

If you’re unsure because of the rating, my experience was much better than I expected. For the price, this is a very good option in Asia, and I would happily stay here again.
