Very Disappointing Front Desk Service
We were very disappointed with our check-out experience on 12 September at around 5:45 AM. There was initially no one at the front desk, and we had to wait quite some time before a staff member appeared.

During check-out, the staff asked for our deposit receipt. I explained that I could not remember where I had kept it and suggested checking the hotel records, as the cash deposit had already been paid. Unfortunately, instead of assisting politely, the staff member spoke to me in a harsh, unfriendly and disrespectful tone, making me feel as though I had done something wrong.

Front desk staff are the face of a hotel and should treat guests with courtesy, patience and professionalism.

This unpleasant experience left a very negative impression at the end of our stay. I sincerely hope the hotel management will look into this matter and improve the standard of customer service, particularly the attitude and communication skills of frontline staff.
