Room wasn't made up even though we had vacated ir from 10am till 3pm and has met the cleaning staff on the way out and said we were on our way.

Todo fue genial y por supuesto una atención con la recepcionista ANDREA se preocupo mucho por mis excursiones ya que voy en silla de ruedas y me decía que pueblos era imposible visitar muchísimas gracias de corazón eres un encanto de persona un abrazo 🫂 fuerte de la valenciana PILAR
Todo fue perfecto,solo una observación ,la habitación adaptada excelente ,pero no pude salir al balcón hay unos super escalones, pero como digo todo excelente

Para ser 4*s podría mejorar. Tv sin ser smart tv y con un mando que apenas permite usar la tv. Mueble de baño desconchado y sin escobilla para wc. El paking por el precio que tiene muy justas las plazas y de mal acceder y salir de ellas.
La habitación estaba muy bien, cómoda y adecuada para una estancia tranquila. La ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro, lo que facilita mucho desplazarse y disfrutar de la zona. El personal fue amable en todo momento, ofreciendo un trato cercano y atento que contribuyó a que la experiencia fuera muy agradable.
Lo único que no nos convenció fue el desayuno. No ofrecían sobres de cacao tipo Colacao o Nesquik y, además, las máquinas para preparar café o leche fallaban con frecuencia. Aunque el café se conseguía arreglar, la leche seguía sin funcionar, así que tomar un simple cacao resultaba prácticamente imposible.
