Great place, wonderful staff, decent breakfast
Pros:

I have become a fan of the Tru hotels. We had to book two back to back reservations because Booking.com could not extend our stay. But the staff handled it perfectly so we did not need to move rooms. When i stopped by the desk to start the second reservation a staff member Shay were already taking care of it! Fantastic service. Just blocks from the White Pine trail.

Cons:

Can’t adjust the direction of the AC blower. It points right at the desk chair

Really good hotel
Pros:

Booking reserved 2 rooms in my name with confirmation email saying I had one room w/ 2 beds per my request. The facility said I was responsible for the two and would need to contact Booking as I am now. Please fix thos with the hotel.

Definitely will book them again!
Pros:

Came down for a family emergency and the stay was amazing. Eased my mind because there was no stress and everything literally was great!

Cons:

The staff member checking us in was a bit crabby, but other than that everybody and everything was fantastic!

Would stay again
Pros:

The beds and pillows were so comfy! The room and hotel were clean and we loved the common area with games and outdoor firepit.

Cons:

I was excited to see some cute dogs during our stay but there were non staying when we were there. Seriously though....the room was kind of small and was hoping the mini fridge would be standard size with a freezer for our ice packs (we were there for a baseball tournament)

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was very nice, fast and knowledgeable,

Cons:

The room was way smaller than expected, thankfully it was just me and my small toddler so I didn't need a lot of room but it was clean and stocked, no real compliant, just prefer a little more room with a wild toddler running around during the day!
