A must stay near Mt. Etna!
Pros:

Beautiful modern hotel with very spacious rooms, a gorgeous pool, and stunning grounds with incredible views of Etna. Everything felt stylish, peaceful, and really well designed.

Dinner at the restaurant was beyond — absolutely worth it and one of the best meals we had on the trip. Breakfast was also lovely, with plenty of choice and a great way to start the day.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Would happily come back.

Wunderschönes Hotel , herrliche Lage - idealer Ort um alles zu erkunden!
Pros:

Die Lage inmitten von Zitrusplantagen mit Blick auf den Ätna, die Atmosphäre, die Gastfreundschaft aller Mitarbeiter - ein ganz besonderes Hotel. Dazu noch das Michelinrestaurant - einfach rundum perfekt !

Cons:

Eine kleine Anmerkung: wenn das Michelinrestaurant geschlossen hat, wäre eine Speisekarte mit kleinen Gerichten toll - nur Pizza ( die sehr gut schmeckt) ist dann doch etwas wenig.

Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Sizilien in jedem Fall wieder buchen.
Pros:

Wir haben das wunderbare Ambiente des Zash sehr genossen. Die Suite im Bungalow war ein Traum - mit sensationellem Blick auf den Ätna, die Zitrusplantagen und das Meer. Das Menü im Restaurant was sehr fein, das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Die Mitarbeitenden haben uns wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben.

Nice place with just a few issues.
Pros:

The food was excellent and staff excellent, bed comfortable, and a good bathroom.

Cons:

The train line just outside was a disappointment, and it ran from 7.00 till midnight, the room was also next the kitchen and it could be heard. Had to ask for towels by the pool and also for someone to take the drinks order.

Amazing location near the Etna
Pros:

The hotel is really esthetic with this red building surrounded by nature. The swimming pool area is also amazing! We loved our stay here!

Tolle Anlage mit schönen großen Zimmern und großem modernen Pool.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt als Unterkunft während unserer Hochzeit auf Sizilien. Das Hotel wusste Bescheid, dass hierfür einige Gäste zur Vorbereitung aufs Gelände kommen würden. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse hätte ich zur Hochzeit eine Flasche Champagner oder zumindest Kaffee für die Gäste erwartet, stattdessen erhielten wir auch auf Nachfrage nur widerwillig 3 Espresso-Kapseln und Plastikbecher, aus denen wir den Gästen keinen Kaffee anbieten konnten.

Tutto organizzato nei minimi dettagli, personale super gentile, cortese e disponibile. La cena a dir poco MERAVIGLIOSA. Ho passato il mio compleanno in questo splendido posto ed è stato uno dei miei più bei compleanni di sempre. Torneremo volentieri, mi sono sentita con voi coccolata.
