Pros:

Mooi zwembad met lekkere ligbedden en supervriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ik vond persoonlijk de bedden aan de harde kant en er kon wel een extra vuilnisbak op de kamer. Jammer dat de Spa verbouwd werd maar dat was al netjes aangegeven van te voren.

Pros:

Virkelig skøn oase med den flotteste udsigt mod Etna. Fantastisk pool med god plads. Meget venligt personale som gerne gør lidt ekstra og er opmærksomme. Lækker morgenmad smukt serveret og med masser af muligheder.

Cons:

Vigtigt at have en bil for at komme dertil. Også hvis man skal spise andre steder end på hotellet som ligger isoleret.

Amazing location great pool.
Pros:

Beautiful location, really stunning with views of Mt Etna and the sea!

The waiting staff were all exceptional, really friendly, especially Orlando who was so friendly and seemed to be available 24/7!

Really nice place to lounge by the pool for a day.

The breakfast is excellent, and it is well worth booking a meal in the michelin restaurant for dinner!

The hotel also booked us a vinyard tour which was well worth doing as well.

Cons:

The room we were in was a little sterile.

Very comfortable bed but it did feel like you were in a very high end hospital room.

Not really in place with the rest of the hotel which is much more in keeping with the surroundings

La struttura meravigliosa, il giardino, la suite con piscina super! Lo staff gentilissimo.
Torneremo!

Cons:

La porta della stanza non si apriva facilmente, abbiamo faticato molto per aprire e chiudere. Il phon faceva solo aria fredda.
