Cons:

Ice cube should be complimentary, we got charged for 2 buckets of ice for 11x THB. This is ridiculous for 5 stars hotel.
the ice cube is easy enough to setup self serving machine. but the hotel charge us for the Ice cube! except for the ice cube everything is perfect.

Not a 5 star hotel and the two building arrangement is very odd.
Pros:

The cost, at $80 a night it was good.

Cons:

Only 4 pieces of equipment worked at the gym
No dumbbells
No connection from one building to the other so you have to walk a fair while to use the gym or the second pool
No aircon in the hall ways

Pokoje przestronne, łóżka duże i wygodne, czysto. Wyposażenie pokoju nowe. Miłe powitanie, na łóżku figurki z ręczników, czekoladki oraz talerz owoców w lodówce. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Hotel nowy, czysty, ładnie urządzony w stylu klasycznym i japońskim. Hotel godny polecenia.

Cons:

Po 3 dniach nie była uzupełniana herbata w pokoju, nie było balsamu do ciała, chociaż panie sprzątające miały go na wózku ale chyba nie dla wszystkich gości. Oświetlenie słabe, zwlaszcza w łazience. Zdarzało się chłodne jedzenie na śniadaniu, ale jak sie poprosiło to kelnerzy chętnie podgrzewali. Mimo wszystko pobyt uważam za udany.

別館みたいな所でした。
高層階にアップグレードと書いてありましたが3階でした。
別館で低層階なら泊まらなかったと思います。

Won’t be going back… too sterile and no soul

My daughter had a really nasty fall slipping on the faulty air conditioning water- they did NOT do an incident report or check on my daughter’s wellbeing.
They wanted 2000 baht at the beginning of the stay in cash.
Someone was smoking drugs on the balcony below us as well aa right outside the hotel.
The breakfast has no options really for western pallets
