Habitación con olor a cigarrillo y atención virtual sin solución de problemas
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, la cama grande y cómoda. Contaba con frigobar, hervidor eléctrico y cafetera.

Cons:

Llegamos y la habitación tenía muchísimo olor a cigarrillo. Como no hay recepción hice el reclamo por WA, tardaron un montón en contestar, porque primero es un bot y luego una persona. Perdí tiempo valioso en eso. Luego salimos y me dijeron habían enviado a una persona a ozonizar la habitación, pero volvimos y olía igual, especialmente en el baño. Tuvimos que cambiar las toallas porque estaban impregnadas a cigarrillo. Luego la calefacción no funcionaba, me pasaron todo un tutorial por WA pero ni correspondía al equipo, fue un lío. Finalmente me dijeron que no tenían a nadie en el edificio para ir a verlo que recién hasta el día siguiente lo podrían solucionar... Ahí me dijeron me iban a hacer un descuento en el primer día de estadía, siendo que la realidad es que me interesaba más poder calentar la habitación. Esto fue a eso de las 5 de la tarde. Finalmente al otro día se solucionó el tema. El olor a cigarrillo en el baño se mantuvo constante, solo un poco menos intenso por momentos. La verdad es que descansamos bien, pero mi experiencia de entrada fue muy mala.

El hotel es amplio las instalaciones son muy bonitas

Cons:

El personal es muy grosero, las toallas sucias, la cama estaba sin cambiar los tendidos, el baño sucio, los vasos sin lavar, nos encontramos a una empleada y preguntamos por toallas y fue grosera, el hotel muy bonito pero mal administrado.

Pros:

Only 10 minutes walk from Grand Place

Cons:

I repeatedly called and emailed NUMA about the temperature on my thermostat. I was told someone would come and look at it. No one ever did. Thus we had to endure temperatures on our room as high as 24 5 celsius. There was no fan in our room nor in the laundry room. We could not open the windows at night because of the traffic noise.

总之如果你外语水平还不错，能接受全程自助式服务，这家酒店的性价比非常高

宽敞的房间，干净的设施，优越的地理位置，非常快的wifi，晚上很安静，通风也很好，光照也很充足。性价比非常高

Cons:

这个我得好好说道说道，没有人工前台，没有人工前台没有人工前台重要的事情说三遍，酒店介绍的时候为什么不把这一条明显的提示一下呢？！
到了以后才发现，全程都是自助式的，基本也没什么人工帮助。如果你有欧盟的手机号且会讲法语或英语，那倒也不算特别麻烦，他们有一个人工的电话你可以打过去问一下入住的流程。如果你是非英语区其他国家过来的游客，且因为水平有限的话就会比较麻烦。
因为需要全程自助，在网上或者他们的app里操作，你才能获得密码，否则你连酒店的大门都进不去。
这个为什么酒店不能提前提示一下呢？我到了以后傻傻的在门口弄了十多分钟才搞好，多亏我还会使用智能手机，如果这是上了年纪的人或者是替别人定的，那就非常麻烦了。而且酒店的门口也没有什么提示，这一点真的是太闹心了

Cons:

Aucun accueil humain. Check-in en ligne vraiment ennuyeux. Hotline non disponible. Pas de petit déjeuner. Je déconseille aux clients qui apprécient le contact humain. Pourquoi booking ne précise pas clairement qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel sans présence humaine?

Todo maravilloso, súper recomendable!!!!

Cons:

Lo único que cambiaría es que el día del check out, dejaran disponibles algunas taquillas para poder guardar las maletas o mochilas de forma gratuita, aunque es cierto que el mismo alojamiento te facilita consignas en la ciudad para que puedas guardarlas. Pero en otros hoteles donde si hay recepción puedes dejar tu maleta o mochilas gratis hasta que tu vuelo sale.
