L’emplacement, la machine à café, le lit, la douche

Cons:

Il faut payer 10€ pour changer les serviettes et faire le ménage quotidiennement, l’abattant des toilettes était cassé, toilettes sale, grosses taches sur la moquette en sortant de l’ascenseur, l’hôtel n’est pas entretenu et pas nettoyé

Excelente lugar y forma de hacer check in y check out.
Pros:

Muy fácil el acceso. Toda la información fue compartida por WhatsApp y todo fue muy claro.

Comfortable, easy stay
Pros:

Comfortable, good sized room especially for Europe. Would check out other Numa locations after a great stay here.

Cons:

There’s no front desk/employees outside of a cleaning service in case you need something urgently. Wasn’t an issue for us for this stay thankfully but something to keep in mind.

Pros:

Ottima praticità nel check-in e out perché tutto automatico.

Cons:

Personalmente preferisco un materasso più sostenuto, anziché sprofondare. Anche i cuscini molto gonfi.

Pros:

Location was great...we walked from there to many restaurants and to the Grand Place area.

Cons:

Be nice to provide a few more amenities in the common space. Like forks, spoons, a tea kettle and tea bags.

Buona posizione, pulizia migliorabile
Pros:

Camera di ampiezza adeguata per due persone, letto grande e comodo. Posizione abbastanza centrale, vicina al Manekken Piss.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato un pacchetto di patatine mezzo consumato in frigorifero. L'attenzione alla pulizia della stanza non era al massimo. La zona può essere un po' rumorosa di notte.

Bequeme Betten und fußläufige Lage zum Zentrum.

Cons:

Online Check In vorab mit Personalausweis Scann, sowie das Betreten des Gebäudes/Aufzuges/Zimmern nur mit Code.
Gar kein Personalkontakt und umständliches Hineinkommen ins Gebäude. Nicht gemacht für ältere Herrschaften.

cero cobertura a una persona en silla de ruedas, limpieza cero solo bajo pago adicional

nos gustó su ubicación a 10 min de la plaza

Muy mal sin servicio de limpieza y cero empatía para una persona en silla de ruedas.
Fui con mi acompañante en silla de ruedas tres noches estábamos en la 5 planta habitación adaptada para silla de ruedas, esta habitación la pillé con casi un año de antelación debido a la complejidad de este tipo de adaptación, pasamos la primera noche y nos fuimos al día siguiente a Brujas todo el día, cuando volvimos a las ocho de la tarde, casi ya llegando al hotel me llega un correo diciendo que el ascensor se había estropeado y que al día siguiente iría el técnico "disculpe las molestias" , y era como heee!!! voy con una persona en silla de ruedas, como subo 5 plantas? escribi ya que el teléfono es de coña solo una locución y no hay recepción solo te contesta la IA al WhatsApp, conseguí que me pusieran a alguien y sus palabras, era: "hacemos todo lo posible, en media hora irá el técnico", mandaremos a alguien para que te suba por las escaleras. Las escaleras eran esas típicas angostas , peldaños que no cabe bien el pie y un millón de escalones de esas que un piso son como tres tramos de escaleras que no acaban nunca.
Cuando les dije , esa opción es imposible, volvían a escribir "en media hora irá el técnico" y así 4 horas , cuando llegamos al hotel a las ocho nos dicen otros huéspedes que el ascensor llevaba estropeado desde las 18:00 horas, que ya habían avisado , al vez que llegamos nosotros otros dos huéspedes venían recién llegando uno de ellos en silla de ruedas, también 5 planta, a ellos no les habían avisado de la avería, y ahora digo, si sabes que tienes dos usuarios en silla de ruedas, no arreglas el ascensor?
