Cons:

Everything. The entrance to the hotel was through a half stocked shop. The elevator had no air conditioner going. Got to the room and there were 2 cockroaches on the top and one on the wall. The shower smelt like bad body odour that I bought some bleach and a scrubbing brush to clean it. Absolutely disgusting. There were ants in the bed and on the bed. Most horrid place ever. There were dirty had marks on the walls and mold in patches.
We were booked for 2 nights but left the next morning. I contacted the property but failed to get a decent reply and that only happened because I pushed it only to get , sorry I can't comment about this¹from Steve the contact for the hotel.
Their rating on booking. Comsays it one of the top 10 but thats a total lie.
No refund, no contact, no apology nothing.
The hotel is a joke

You really need to be looking for a place to end up there …
Pros:

Location and the view

Cons:

No hot water in the shower even after they pretended to have fixed it. The elevator takes ages to arrive… and some cockroaches were seen a bit everywhere….

I will not stay here again. I’ll go back to the place I stayed before.
Pros:

The location was very good.

Cons:

The elevator(s) are SUPER slow and extremely hot!
The fitness center/gym was absolutely pathetic! It should not even be listed as an amenity.
The AC unit in my room was very filthy and barely blew cold air.
The water pressure in shower was not very good.

Pros:

This place was awesome and the staff were so accommodating.
I had a room.on the 9th floor overlooking the river and it was beautiful. The balconies were well covered and the room and bathroom were very modern and clean.
The added touch of a projector instead of a tv and the lead lighting really made the experience better.
I really enjoyed my stay here.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, stanza bella e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Bellissima la vista sul Mekong.

Cons:

Non è possibile fare la colazione. Tanti insetti che escono di notte (abbiamo ucciso 7-8 scarafaggi e piccoli ragni).
