Great location, nice baths and 100 cameras
Pros:

Clean place, with a lot of rules on how to behave and what to wear or do on the different levels. It has a great variety of baths with one overlooking Kyoto, the food in the restaurant is ok.

Cons:

The weird thing is they have cameras in every corner of both the changing rooms and the all the baths, with female staff checking the live footage from behind the counter, for a men only place it really feels weird and intruding on your privacy.
