Hotel de luxe. Un vrai palace et un service parfais .une propriété top.un déjeuner rafine et même à la carte.

Cons:

Dommage pour la situation du batiment qui est juste à rue et on ne voit que des autres bâtiments.vue pas très gaie.C'est très concentré en murs.

Great place to stay in Heraklion!
Pros:

Good location, easy parking for rental car, well equipped and modern room, separate toilet, shower and sink. Shower had a full door so little water on the floor outside a feature missing on the other four places we stayed on this trip. Excellent buffet breakfast with many choices and some daily variety. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Красивое новое здание , которое находится в тихом месте, просторное лобби,встречает вас приятным ароматом дорогого места, красивый дизайн , девочки на рецепшене - за это отдельная звезда , и большая благодарность, не смотря на языковой барьер с моей стороны , они нашли как всё мне объяснить, проводили в номер, всё показали , были вежливы и искренни, благодаря этому не чувствовала никакого дискомфорта. В номере чисто, есть всё необходимое, все удобно и комфортно. Приятно удивлена сюрпризами.
Завтраки !!! Свежие и вкусные продукты ,а бариста готовит самый вкусный кофе! Вокруг тихо, спокойно, уютно, красивый дизайн ресторана, всё в этом отеле на высоте! Благодарю хозяина данного отеля , за продуманные мелочи, за красоту ,и уют, за персонал ,который похож на добрых волшебниц.
Ираклион - моя большая любовь, и к этой любви, добавился этот Отель!
