Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff professional. I loved the game room, which included several games like table tennis, carom, and the small table football.. The pool is big and well maintained. There is also a play zone for the children.

Cons:

The food was excessively pricey in comparison to the quality. Food quality was a bit disappointing. The bed is a bit too hard.

Il cameriere al ristorante la sera , mi ha detto di alzarmi e andare a controllare al bar del piano inferiore i gusti dei gelati (dolce in menu ristorante )

Everything good but not the beds
Pros:

The landscaping is nice and the staff is friendly. Room is big. Food in restaurant ok, prices a little high but still ok

Cons:

Breakfast ok but nothing too special. Suitable for locals but they said taste is not very good. Problem are the beds. Like a piece of hard wood, extremly hard and to top it the pillow is like a stone, big and hard too. Bed was for me extremely uncomfortable.

First we had a room just above the pool pump and kitchen with noise 16 hrs per day,

Pool is nice but cannot be used these months because too cold. There is a hot tub but all guests and children use it with clothes like it s customed here. At the end the water is like a slightly dark soup.

It was a good experience in a nice city with paragon hotels.
Pros:

Breakfast menu was excellent, we enjoyed the swimming pool also.

Cons:

Bedside lamp, door bell not working .
