Amazing hotel & attention to detail. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, no ask was too much. I would highly recommend this hotel for a range of age groups. It’s peaceful, and there is also great entertainment- we loved the morning yoga (shout out to the entertainment team Jair, Jorge, Natalia & Dolce, and of course David & Ernesto)

Amazing looking property and amenities. Love the breeze off the ocean and crashing of the waves. Only issues are: first, there is construction going on all day in the courtyard that you will hear from your room constantly. Second, the service is amazing but the managers are severely lacking. If you have a problem they are not around and push you off. Lastly, any reservation you make with their in house app is not registered. Save yourself the headache and don’t downloaded it.
Here now and I’m just so disappointed- we have been owners for 10 years and we come back every year - thank god we didn’t get AI This time as they are extremely limited - example; pastries - I’ve visited coffee cart, deli and La Rocha for the past few days and they have not much but chocolate muffins… the rest just looks unappealing - last year they had donuts and when you ask they act like you’re crazy - and nope this is all we have no exception to look for or help for anything different- this place has changed so much- I remember them remembering your drink, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries- none of that has Hppened this week - we also paid for ad reserved a cabana - not sure the point of the cabana boy anymore saw him once but we got a bill to sign to tip him… Juan, Octavio and all the past staff were so welcoming, friendly and just made this place home.
Now let’s talk about the owners update - first off it’s so unorganized, people were running on all directions while we sat waiting for who our sales person was … we finally got one and she took us for our free “not great” breakfast … seemed like she wasn’t really listening to our needs or wants and kept asking same questions like 3x where were we from, forgot my husband profession who just retired and she said graduated … okay? Then we went upstairs for the “presentation” about how I don’t know how to use third home and we need to go to fixed week - they wanted us to pay to give them weeks back - made no financial sense - then abruptly apparently a better client arrived and our sales gal moved to him she was like he owns six weeks at diamanté !!!! Great???? Then we started over with some new gal and she went on and on- such a waste of time - we left and went back to her our coupons to the same now even worse unorganized mess - I had to ask for manager to get someone to help us. Don’t waste your time unless you want to waste your $ upgrading again
Then there’s the rooms. - they need updating so bad - thank god they replaced mattresses but we have some pink stains all over our tub, sealant peeling all around sinks, hair next to bed smells, if you walk on floors with socks they become filthy - gross
This place has really went downhill and as owners of 10 years extremely disappointed
The only thing great are the views - we miss our old family, welcoming staff, we miss the affordable prices, we miss the good people who went out of their way to make it special.
Beautiful resort! Love that activities have been added. Natalia is the best. So much energy! The all inclusive has gotten too much expensive!
Cruz and Itzelda attended in my daughter’s first professional massages today. They delivered a wonderful experience for them. Unforgettable!

The sunrise pool for a whole week. Had José from La Paz take great care of us. Not only did we have a great time, we made a friend! Enjoyed every minute. Until next time Cabo!!!
Santa Grand Solmar, the best service ever by Alejandro at the big pool near La Roca very attentive, friendly excellent English love this resort and the service here is outstanding very attentive adult grandchildren loved it

We have been coming to this family owned resort since they built their first building. Its location is on a private beach adjacent to the iconic rock formation at the tip of the Cabo Peninsula. The views are stunning and unique. What we appreciate most of all is the feeling that we are “coming home” with each visit. As you arrive you are greeted warmly by the bell staff who expertly take charge of your luggage. The front desk staff efficiently welcomes you and checks you in for your stay. A free welcome “margarita” also confirms the welcome home atmosphere. From bell staff to pool staff to housekeeping staff to maintenance staff — to a person, they all meet the guests with smiles and welcome words. The warmth shared by every employee makes each guest feel as if you are part of the family. As guests we enjoy the ocean, the sun, the gorgeous surrounding rocks — however, the feeling of coming home is what we love most about this unique resort!
If i could rate it a 10, i would. This place never disappoints us. Year after year, it never gets old. They do a great job maintaining the property. In my opinion, this is the best place in the world. Staff, food, rooms, cleanliness, everything is perfect
A wonderful resort BUT DONT BUY. I bought a Penthouse and they oversold them so they are no longer available to me, so I have to accept a downgrade to a lesser unit! Today they offered to “allow me” to buy the opportunity to use a penthouse in the off season for AN ADDITIONAL $45,500 EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FULL PRICE AT THE TIME I BOUGHT IT!! DONT BUY!! THEY CHANGE THE RULES!!!
I was staying nearby but they did not have a concierge. They recommended I use the one at Grand salimar. Judith was excellent! She found me a great car rental, for a terrific deal, and they picked us up out front to give us the car!
If all the staff are as good as Judith, you will be in good hands. There is also a store there and the pools are lovely
Diana was a great! She kept our room so clean and tidy and she was so kind! She made our stay exceptional! Jair was also amazing. So friendly and always remembered names and faces and is so lovely. He is always so happy and welcoming everyone.

Amazing experience! Gerardo and Ricardo were the kindest bartenders at the swim up bar! Amazing service. La roca is delicious. Beautiful resort. David took care of our family every day and was so sweet. Dianna was the sweetest housekeeper and did a great job cleaning our room every day. Spent two weeks at the Sunset pool. We interacted a lot with the pool waiters and entertainment staff who were fantastic. Javier was best! We went way out of his way to take great care of us. The activities were especially fun with Natalia and Jair.
