Housekeeping service is offered every 4 days.

Чистота номеров. Расположение. Хозяин гостиницы очень вежливый, общительный. К сожалению завтрак не включен, но рядом стоящие рестораны делают скидки клиентам данной гостиницы. Помощница Фируза - милая и отзывчивая палочка выручалочка. По возможности создавали все удобства для нас. Мы были проездом на 2 дня. Если в следующий раз попадем в Кошадасы то только тут остановимся. Ещё так совпало: свое день рождение я отметила в этой гостинице. Хозяин гостиницы среди ночи заказал и подарил мне торт. Очень мило!

Thank you Sedat for your hospitality which made a wonderful stay
Pros:

Sedat is a gentleman and couldn’t have been more helpful, from local restaurant recommendations to phoning up the bus company in Izmir for me, and lots in between, not forgetting the wonderful breakfast me prepared for me one morning. Fabulous location stones throw from the beach. Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend!

Anfitrión excepcional y estancia fantástica en Kuşadası
Pros:

Lo mejor fue, sin duda, el anfitrión. Fue excelente desde el primer momento: muy atento, servicial, flexible y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos recomendó muchísimos lugares en Kuşadası, mantuvo una comunicación perfecta y además habla muy bien inglés. Realmente fue un amor, lo amamos.
Las instalaciones también fueron impecables y de lujo, con aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Además, prestan sillas, toallas y quitasol para la playa, lo que fue un gran detalle. La ubicación es fantástica, con la playa al lado y muy cerca de negocios, supermercados, bares y todo lo necesario. En general, una estancia maravillosa.

Cons:

Realmente no hubo nada que no nos gustara. Todo fue excelente, desde la atención del anfitrión hasta las instalaciones, la ubicación y la comunicación. Lo único negativo fue tener que irnos.

Pros:

Alles sehr sehr gut. Unglaublich gastfreundliche Menschen, die zu jeder Zeit(!) sehr hilfsbereit waren. Zum Sandstrand (glasklares Wasser) sind es gefühlt 70 Meter, dazwischen liegt noch das Super-Restaurant 'Be Soul', das leckere und preiswertes Gerichte serviert - und wenn man rechtzeitig kommt, gibts auch noch einen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang zum Essen dazu.

Cons:

Der Strand ist etwas schmal,, früh da sein lohnt sich. 😉

Great experience thanks to Sedat and his team.
Pros:

Sedat was wonderful host doing his best to make you feel welcomed and valuable as a guest. He connected via WhatsApp as soon as we arrived and was responding promptly at all times, whatever we may have asked for, from providing advice if we asked about anything, to preparing morning coffee on request. The property is a minute walk from the public beach and the walkway along the beach with plenty of places to eat. The Old town and fortress are about 30min walk if one needs bigger crowds and shops. Taxi station is 5 minutes walk and bus no.5 provides for an easy ride back from the old town stopping just above the property. We also had a car for exploring the wider area, Dilek National park with its 4 beaches is a must, so it was great to have the parking space available at the property.

Cons:

The wi-fi was good at the terrace but struggling a bit inside the room, though once the signal locked it worked.

Todo todo excelente, todo nuevo, muy cuidado, limpio, cerca de la playa y la atención de su dueño es excelente y se preocupa personalmente de que al huésped no le falte nada de nada. Super recomendable

Lo recomiendo
Pros:

Serat fue el mejor anfitrión, ayudándonos en muchas cosas y siendo muy atento. Tiene excelente ubicación, en la misma cuadra que restaurantes y bares, frente a la playa, pero al mismo tiempo no se escuchaba ruido y era tranquilo de noche. El baño era grande.
