Pros:

Der ganze Aufenthalt war einfach unglaublich! Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden sowie der Service lassen nichts an Wünschen offen. Auch ein großes Kompliment an das Reinigungspersonal, das Zimmer wird zweimal am Tag gereinigt, ohne dass man Stress haben muss, sie kommen einfach wenn man aus dem Zimmer geht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl. Das Resort sauber und einfach nur paradiesisch, wir haben jeden Tag neue Ecken entdeckt. Das Gym wurde komplett erneuert, mit Reformer sowie neuen Technogym Geräten, perfektes Training. Vielen Dank für diese absolut traumhafte Woche, wir vermissen es jetzt schon!

Cons:

Die Preise für das Abendessen waren uns persönlich zu hoch und die Auswahl am Abendbuffet für den Preis nicht ganz gerechtfertigt, weswegen wir nicht oft im Hotel selbst gegessen haben. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es jedoch zwei nette Tavernen und in 6 Minuten ist man mit dem Taxi im Stadtinneren, um eine Vielzahl an Kulinarik hautnah zu erleben.

Sehr erholsam, tolle Anlage, super Personal, beeindruckende Architektur, wunderschöner Garten
Pros:

Rundum erholsam! Super freundliches Personal. Gutes Essen, tolles Frühstück! Herrliche liegen am Meer. Abends essen im Mom Restaurant mit Blick auf die Bucht und im Schein des Vollmondes war einfach traumhaft. Dafür muss man aber a la carte essen.

Cons:

Kein Poolboy. Sonnenschirme musste man selbst aufmachen und Handtücher von anderen Gästen weg räumen.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im schönsten Hotel Kretas
Pros:

Die Lagoon Suite ist außergewöhnlich hochwertig ausgestattet und die Betten sind einfach himmlisch. Die Aussicht sowie der private Pool waren atemberaubend und eine Oase für die Sinne. Der fußläufige Privatstand (Sand) mit seinen gemütlichen Liegen und seiner tollen Sicht haben den Urlaub abgerundet. Auch werden der Ausblick vom Restaurant und das vielfältige Frühstücksangebot den 5 Sternen mehr als gerecht.

Top Lage, tolle Ausstattung und viel Privatsphäre
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einer tollen, gepflegten Anlage. Trotz der Grösse wirkt alles angenehm privat, da es viele verschiedene Bereiche zum Entspannen gibt. Die Zimmer sind modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Auch die gute Lage (Auto allerdings notwendig) ist ein Pluspunkt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir beim Service. Ein Teil des Personals wirkte leider nicht ausreichend geschult und teilweise wenig aufmerksam. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch den Beach Boy am Strand sowie einzelne Mitarbeitende beim Frühstück/ Reception, die sehr engagiert, freundlich und aufmerksam waren. Mit einem insgesamt konstanteren Serviceniveau wäre der Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt gewesen.

The best vocation in Crete
Pros:

Design with care to the small detailes.
The stuff were very welcoming and helpfull .
Tha room is perfect and very well maintained.

Exceptional as ever
Pros:

Excellent once again. This is our fourth trip to the Minos Palace and every time it gets better. The setting is beautiful, breakfast exceptional and the beach glorious.

The new gym is a huge improvement from the previous set ups, albeit quite warm in there with no obvious AC to adjust.

The renovations undertaken over the past couple of years have made this hotel extremely smart and accentuate the beautiful gardens and views.

Already can’t wait to visit again!

Cons:

Being really picky, sun-beds on the beach remain as competitive as ever. The hotel have put rules and staff in place to monitor sun bed reserving which is proactive of them but you have to be up and on your beds early to be in with a chance!
