Sehr freudliches Personal.
Hat auf uns aufgrund einer Flugverspätung gewartet und noch Essen serviert!

Cons:

Die Dusche hat wenig Wasserdruck und ist ein wenig schwierig zu bedienen.

Pros:

El hotel es una casa antigua muy bien renovada manteniendo su encanto de otro tiempo, con unas habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La localización en pleno centro de San Miguel de Abona nos permitió pasear por el pueblo tranquilamente. No cenamos pero sí desayunamos y todo estaba muy bueno con productos canarios caseros como almogrote. El personal amable sobre todo la persona que nos atendió en el desayuno. Aunque no tiene parking pudimos aparcar el coche justo enfrente.

Cons:

Nada, todo bien, por notar algo, comentar que el agua caliente tardaba bastantes minutos en salir al ducharse.

Als er ontbijt was geweest was het verblijf oke; nu waren we teleurgesteld.

Aardige eigenaar, leuk hotelletje niet ver van vliegveld

Cons:

Er was geen ontbijt. Wij moesten naar de haven om de ferry naar La Gomera te nemen. Ik had zeer specifiek gevraagd om ontbijt om 9 uur en dat was geen probleem. Maar om 9 uur stonden we met 8 andere mensen te wachten maar het restaurant was dicht.
Kamer was oke maar alles maakte lawaai. Als je uit bed stapte dan kraakte de vloer, bewoog de kast en trilde alles.

Pros:

An old, very traditional building with excellent local cuisine and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel was not suitable for me, an 81 year old with limited mobility. I struggled with all the stairs, and access generally was difficult. There was no lift due to the age and layout of the building.
Perhaps Booking.com could make this point on their posting?
