Cómodo
Pros:

Me gusto mucho el hotel, buen desayuno, los cuartos son pequeños pero me parecieron muy cómodos, modernos, baños amplios. Cuentan con parqueadero y el hotel está ubicado en un pequeño centro comercial que cuenta con restaurantes, droguerías y supermercado. Todo me pareció bien!

la ubicación me pareció buena, quedaba central para las diligencias que debía hacer en Cali

La limpieza de la habitación muy muy mal, no la habían arreglado, especialmente el baño, y del servicio, pésimo servicio de todo el personal, la comida deja mucho que desear, tienen varias oportunidades de mejora.

I'm upset. It was a gift from a friend.

This is a good hotel for the money. It's quite clean and cozy.

Cons:

What I disliked most was the staff and their attitude towards the customer. I stayed at the hotel from June 3rd to 5th, 2026. And then checked in again from June 6th to 7th, 2026.

When I checked out the first time, I forgot my coffee dripper in my room. And when I checked in again, I asked for it back. But the hotel team and cleaning staff said there was no coffee dripper in the room.

We looked at the video cameras and they showed me entering the hotel with a coffee dripper and leaving without it. I think the hotel team or cleaning staff simply stole it from me.
