Pros:

The condo was clean and we loved the layout.

Cons:

Although the facility is non-smoking, we werer affected by the smoking of the neighboring property and the designated smoking area when we were out in the balcony. But that isn't something that can be changed by the condo owners.

A well maintained and beautiful condo with perfect views, right on a paradise beach, a stones throw from fine dining/
Pros:

This was a fantastic getaway. The title of this site is perfect…a true Beachfront Retreat and Getaway!
Nice views of the Gulf, amazing private beach, the Best tiki bar staff! With Whitney as your personal beachfront waitress! The condo is conveniently located next to the parking garage elevator, not far from anything. Perfectly located down the street from the Harbor Walk, Fudpuckers, and the waterpark,(which is literally across the street from)! We loved our stay and will do it again in a heartbeat!

Cons:

The front desk staff seemed a slight bit irritated. But, rest assured all the other staff was very nice and helpful

It's great in general.
Pros:

View was great
Everything is available in the room
And they even provide toys for the beach, bags, chairs and an umbrella.

Cons:

The elevators are too old and slow.
The property needs some updates
Pools are very dirty, I think it was never cleaned.
