No tea and coffee for guests.

It was a little underfurnished. There was no lamp unlike the photo so we had to be in the dark or in full light. There was no toilet brush for the toilet so we had to use one from another bathroom. Because there are people who live there permanently, it was hard to navigate the kitchen. The fridge was super full so we had to find space. Then our stuff got moved to a bottom drawer without us being told. There's also no dedicated cupboard for the temporary stayers so we had to find an empty one and hope we weren't stepping on anyone's toes. Lots of things were labelled for certain rooms. Makes sense but it's hard to know what to do when it's something thats widely used like dish soap. We needed to do dishes but were torn about what to do because the only dish soap was labelled for a different room. There were also no tea towels for drying. The bed frame was not suitable for the bed, as the bed would often dip below the headboard, this created sinking anytime we sat too close to the headboard. Just a very squishy bed in general due to the slats in the bedframe being so far apart. Also from a design standpoint, the room is the wrong way around. The bed is designed to go where the desk is as then u can fit a bedside table next to it without blocking the door to the bathroom.

I needed more information on how to activate the door lock

It could have more kitchen equipment

We booked the room with the ensuite but there were no towels provided not even a bath mat or hand towel for the sink which was strange

Unfortunately the shower and toilet facility upstairs was locked for the whole time we were there! We didn’t have time to contact the owner so had to use the toilet downstairs and could not shower before leaving on a very long drive home. Also the door to our room didn’t lock from the outside so couldn’t risk leaving any valuables in the room.

There was no off street public parking.

It gets hot in the morning because of the sun (even with the curtains shut) or cold when it’s colder outside, we had a shared bathroom and it was not clean when we arrived, and our bed was made of wood on one side and it was not really safe. You have to also know that nobody lives in this house, it’s only rented rooms.

Locks on the bedroom doors or safety deposit box for items you don't want to leave in a room where others can get into.

I could jave organised myself better for the trip

I hope there’s lock in each room or at least safety locker to keep valuable items especially when going outside. Otherwise, everything’s good.
