Pros:

Excellent location, 4 minutes from the sea. Parking is available nearby. Delicious breakfasts are served on the rooftop with a stunning view. There's an elevator. Everything in the room is new and clean. The friendly staff and owner are always willing to accommodate and help. I recommend it.

Best receptionist ever
Pros:

The most professional receptionist I have ever met. The kindest, sweetest, friendliest. Manager also, but the receptionist, absolute tea!

Exceptional location employee and breakfast
Pros:

It’s really a full price performance. You have a very good breakfast with a very beautiful view. The location is right in the middle of the center, we provided very close access and it has a private parking lot, it relieves us a lot. And the employees really love this job.

Super convenient and restful stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious, and we were provided with plenty of towels and toiletries; the room was cleaned daily. The sea view was beautiful, and the location is incredible - right in the heart of Ksamil, with a supermarket across the road and amazing restaurants and dessert places 1-3 minutes away. The beach is also just a ~7 minute walk away. The AC in the room was a great respite from the heat. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - the host even personally showed us the bus stop when we asked for directions.

Cons:

The power sockets did not work with our universal power adapters and we had to buy a local power plug to charge our phones.

Soggiorno top. Struttura consigliatissima per posizione, pulizia e tanto altro
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Stanze pulitissime e con arredamenti moderni. Personale alla colazione(con vista mare top) e all’ingresso accogliente e gentilissimo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Nulla da dire, se proprio dovessi trovare un cavillo, colazione poco variegata.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Ksamil. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the town and within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, making it a perfect choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the lively atmosphere.

The hotel offers parking, which is a big advantage, although driving in Ksamil can be quite hectic. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who was friendly and hospitable from the moment we arrived.

One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful terrace, where breakfast was served each morning with a wonderful view. The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel was cleaned daily, keeping everything fresh and comfortable.
