Pros:

Uprzejmy personel. Drewniane leżaki przy basenie. Wieczorem fajny klimat z roślinnością i światełkami. Ciekawe animacje.

Cons:

Hotel wymaga remontu, szczególnie łazienki. Plac zabaw zdezelowany, nikt nie korzysta, obdrapana farba, poluzowane uchwyty. Z kids club też nikt nie korzysta. Jedynie animacje dla dzieci są ok tj. pół godziny wieczorem kids disco itp. Jak jest wesele w hotelu to do 23 jest bardzo głośno, zwłaszcza jak balkon wychodzi na basen (główny budynek). Nie ma żadnej izolacji w oknach żeby zatrzymać hałas.

Pros:

Невероятно любезный персонал- особенно южноазиаты. Это прямо запоминается и хочется вернуться! Сервис уровня Дубая, а никак не Кипра. И еще отличные завтраки!

Bardzo czysto i świetny personel. Dużo opcji restauracji na miejscu, dobra lokalizacja - przed hotelem supermarket z jedzeniem, lekami, pampersami i słoiczkami dla dzieci. Pracownicy hotelu przyjaźni dla dzieci.
Lunche i kolacje bardzo urozmaicone

Cons:

Niestety pokój który jest reklamowany jako dźwiękoszczelny wcale taki nie był. W hotelu odbywały się wesela i muzyka mimo zamkniętego balkonu wybudzała nasze małe dziecko.
Śniadania codziennie prawie takie same.
Plan hotelu dość skomplikowany łącznie z numeracją pięter, lokalizacją restauracji. Mało zrozumiały plan wyżywienia który powinien być wysyłany klientowi przed przyjazdem, łącznie z informacjami o konieczności rezerwacji kolacji czy dress code. Nie wszystkie restauracje działają codziennie.

Pros:

Das Hotel selbst hatte eine angenehme Grösse und eine gute Lage, leicht abseits des Trubels. Es gab auch immer einen freien Parkplatz. Unser Zimmer war angenehm gross für fast 1 Woche und das Bett sehr bequem. Gesamthaft war es ein gutes Hotel, jedoch nicht auf 5* Niveau. Frühstück war gut und für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Mit dem Service haben wir mehrere nicht so gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Unser Lift war mehrmals kaputt (nur 1 von 2 funktionierte und nicht mal wieder jeden Tag). Als wir dann an der Rezeption darauf hingewiesen haben, hat man uns nur gesagt "ja wir warten halt auch auf die Techniker". Als wir einen Weinöffner wollten, schickte man uns zuerst an die Bar, dort wurde uns gesagt wir können es mit dem Room-Service bestellen und beim Room-Service sagte man uns wir sollen an die Bar, sie können uns keinen Weinöffner fürs Zimmer geben. Es kam dann doch jemand hoch und hat den Wein geöffnet.
Auch der Zimmerservice war nicht auf Spitzenniveau: Manchmal fehlten die kleinen Handtücher, dann fehlten die Weingläser und die Bodylotion/Seife wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt, obwohl wir die Flasche extra aus der Halterung genommen hatten. Alles in allem Kleinigkeiten, aber genau diese müssen in einem 5*-Hotel funktionieren.
Der Strand war ebenfalls nicht schön, der hätte auch eine Reinigung vertragen (sehr viel Abfall und Seegras) und die Liegenreservation war auch mühsam, da möchte ich nicht wissen wie es in der Hochsaison ist.

Fin morgenmad. Ikke fantastisk men fin og god og med et stort udvalg. Dog mange engelske elementer -hvide pølser, baked beans osv

For meget engelsk morgenmad. Vi er på Cypern med fantastisk mad!!

Vi havde en ekstrem larmende overbo - musik råb og skrig.
Den bygning vi boede i var meget slidt og der var en underlig lugt - en blanding af mølkugler og dårlig ånde.

It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. We lived with a cockroach for 3 nights and even we reported it the staff did not do
