Lovely and could be excellent if there was no issue with the basin.
Pros:

Spacious room, nice view.

Cons:

The basin in the bathroom was clogged and the water was in the basin all the time.

A vacation worth repeating!
Pros:

We were absolutely blown away by this hotel — everything was simply incredible! The service, atmosphere, and were all top-notch.

The food and drinks impressed us with their great variety: both adults and children could find something to their taste. Always fresh, delicious, and plentiful.

The entertainment team kept things going throughout the entire day — there was simply no time to get bored. Children particularly enjoyed the evening activities organized especially for them. Adults were equally well catered for: every evening featured a show or live music, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

The water slides operated without any issues — a great joy for the whole family!

The attitude towards children deserves a special thank-you to the staff. Attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

The one thing that slightly disappointed us was the beach at the end of May — it wasn’t clean enough, with quite a bit of plastic litter around. However, on our last day sunbeds were set out and a cleanup was done — we hope that cleanliness will be maintained more carefully going forward.

Despite this minor drawback, we would very much love to return to this hotel — it has definitely made it onto our list of favourites! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality family holiday. 🌊☀️

Hote okay/machbar, würde ich aber nicht nochmals gehen
Pros:

+ Anlage/Location grundsätzlich sehr schön. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist traumhaft. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön! Man kann Tennisspielen, Squash, ins Fitness, Volleyball, Pingpong, Billard und vieles mehr.
+ Es gibt einen grossen Pool & viele Liegen. Auch das Essen von der Poolbar war gut
+ Frühstück war gut. Es hat von allem, was zu einem Frühstück gehört. Sogar eine Cafe Bar die Eiskaffee zubereitet
+ Der Service ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit & aufmerksam

Cons:

— Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv rennovationsbedürftigt.
— Unser Zimmer hatte eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Auch mit der Klimaanlage konnte man sie nicht wirklich runterbringen. Das Zimmer war zwar kalt aber sobald man ins Bett liegt fühlt man sich direkt heiss & schwitzig. Höchstwahrscheinlich liegt es an der Decke und den Bezügen, denn sie sowie das ganze Bett war klammig. Sobald man sich ins Bett legte war es zu heiss und stickig.. Mit einer anderen Decke wäre es höchstwahrscheinlich um einiges besser. Aber so konnte ich im Bett überhaupt nicht entspannen. Alles klebte..
— Die Spüle im WC funktionierte nur wenn man genau den richtigen Winkel gefunden hat. Bei der Dusche läuft alles raus.
— Das Zimmer war nicht gründlich sauber. Spiegel waren noch dreckig und staubfeden an den Wänden. Das Reinigungspersonal lüftet auch und dadurch fliegen teils Insekte rein.
— WLAN war nicht zuverlässig

Hotel is okay I wouldn’t rate the service though.
Pros:

The hotel location was perfect a nice quiet location great access to the local area.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated for a 5 star hotel. I wouldn’t say it’s baby friendly when it comes to room location. Loud music throughout the night. To be fair I think they didn’t really plan the room allocation well enough despite booking 3 mo the in advance.

The service lacked especially from the staff manning the restaurants. Chasing payments and clearing tables whilst we were still eating. Let me be clear all other staff were really friendly.
