The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
The staff were incredibly rude. The rooms were dirty and the hotel doesn’t look like the photos on booking.com. Our room was dirty when we arrived, they were not accommodating and didn’t help us. When we finally got in contact with the boss he threatened me and told me to never contact him again. We had to switch from hotel because we felt unsafe. Do not stay here if you want to have a good time in Istanbul. The breakfast is also horrible. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in and there are cheaper and better hotels in this area.

Расположение возле остановки и парка Гюльхане. В нескольких шагах Египетский рынок и паромная остановка Эминеню. Сытный завтрак.
Комната маленькая только для одного человека. Туалетная комната совсем крохотная. В душевую кабину может попасть только совсем худой человек. Но душ вкрученный в потолок оказался не исправным. Вода из него не пошла.
I had a wonderful stay, Lutfullah and all the staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help.
