Sehr schön, nettes Personal und eine tolle Lage!
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend!
Besonders der Mitarbeiter Apo war sehr lieb und hat uns immer sofort geholfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten😊
Das Frühstück ist lecker und vielseitig.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas unbequem, aber für einen Aufenthalt von 1 Woche hat es gepasst.

Very good location. And breakfast was not so bad

Cons:

The rooms was clean but after the shower all floor was wet. The toilet bowl was laying on the stone because it was open from the wall. Only sitting place was bed. No chair. And for clothes not was so much space.

Super Lage, nettes Personal, Qualität Durchschnitt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett, insb. Herr Lütfullah war sehr nett zu uns.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, man kann an alle MUST SEE Orte in Istanbul wirklich zu Fuß. Das erspart viel Geld und Nerven.

Cons:

Zimmer eher Durchschnitt, hat uns aber nicht gestört da wir die meiste Zeit draußen waren.

Отличный отель в самом сердце Стамбула!
Pros:

Отель приятно удивил своим расположением — все основные достопримечательности находятся буквально в пешей доступности. Это идеальное место для знакомства с городом.

Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту в отеле: номера всегда были безупречно убраны, а все помещения поддерживались в отличном состоянии. Это создавало дополнительное ощущение комфорта и уюта во время проживания.

Особенно хочется поблагодарить внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Сотрудники всегда были готовы помочь, отвечали на все вопросы и делали всё возможное, чтобы отдых был максимально комфортным.

Отдельная благодарность Abdullah, Lutfullah, Ferhat и Çetin за их профессионализм, заботу и искреннее гостеприимство. Благодаря таким людям пребывание в отеле становится еще более приятным и запоминающимся.

С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул!

К сожалению, опыт проживания в этом отеле оказался крайне негативным.

До бронирования мы заранее согласовали позднее заселение в 00:00 из-за времени нашего прилёта и получили подтверждение через Booking. Однако по прибытии сотрудники на ресепшене заявили, что это «не их проблема», отказались учитывать подтверждение, полученное через Booking, и поставили нас перед выбором: либо доплачивать дополнительную сумму, либо не заселяться в уже оплаченный номер.

Мы неоднократно показывали подтверждение позднего заезда, но персонал полностью проигнорировал его и не попытался помочь в решении ситуации. Такое отношение к гостям считаем неприемлемым.

Кроме того, уровень комфорта и качество проживания не соответствовали ожиданиям. В результате именно этот отель оставил у нас крайне негативное впечатление не только о самом размещении, но и о поездке в целом.

Не рекомендуем данный отель тем, кто рассчитывает на уважительное отношение к гостям и соблюдение достигнутых договорённостей.

Excellent séjour ! L’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel, difficile de faire mieux. La chambre était impeccable, et le service a été remarquable du début à la fin.

Mention spéciale à Lutfullah, Muhammad, Ferhat et Apo, qui ont été extrêmement professionnels, attentionnés et toujours prêts à aider.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Lutfi ( the guy on reception) was extremely good , always willing to help. And lady who was cleaning our rooms ( housekeeper) was also great. Staff is one of the reason to stay in that hotel.

فندق اقتصادي موقعه استراتيجي

اولاً اقامه سعيده للجميع

الفندق محظوظ بموقعه ممتاز جدا وايضا فرق العمل ( عبدالله لطف الله وفرهات ومحمد والخت العامله بالتنظيف والاخ الكردي )

بجوارك كل شي الترام وبالخلف محطه سيركجي وبنفس الشارع بقالات وبقالة ( sog) ارخص بقاله جميله ومتنوعه

الفطور متواضع ولكن جيد يوجد مصعد صغير نوعا ما

الفندق بشكل عام مثل ماهو مذكور لايوجد اي كذب

العزل ضعيف نسمع الترام بالليل وايضا الجيران
تهويه دورة المياه ضعيفه
