Разположението на хотела, персоналът беше любезен.

Cons:

Не ми хареса, че в ресторанта нямаше меню на английски, не беше удобно да използваме преводач, за да разглеждаме менюто. Сервитьорката не знаеше английски и не можахме да се разберем, което лично за мен за такъв хотел е непрофесионално, добре че дойде човек от кухнята, който разбира английски и ни помогна да си изберем нещо от менюто в ресторанта. Все пак в този хотел не само румънци нощуват, а и туристи от други държави. За пример ще използвам, че в България когато те идват да почиват имат меню на английски и румънски.

Excellent staff!
Pros:

The staff because they explain us the situation of rooms and the problem exists on booking: they do not have room with sea view and balcony in the same time, and the lady from reception offer us o room with balcony us desire.

A beautiful and comfortable stay with an amazing sea view — we would happily return again.
Pros:

We really liked that we received a room with a beautiful sea view. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and all the amenities provided to maintain it. The toiletries and care products were high quality. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and we also appreciated the modern technology in the room.

Cons:

The staff welcomed us with only basic English, so unfortunately we did not receive all the information about the hotel. We were especially disappointed that we were not introduced to the wonderful restaurant and bar the hotel has. However, we see this as a good reason to come back again 😊

Sun, sea, good food and good night sleep
Pros:

Loved the room - extremely bright, very clean, lovely decor. Had a great night sleep (great electric black out curtains, big comfortable bed). Daily cleaning and complimentary water refill. Lovely restaurant at the top floor with some delicious food, and a terrace overlooking the sea. Great staff - Bianca at the reception went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always greeting with a smile. Alin at the restaurant was very helpful with accommodating a last minute room order. Already booked my next stay there, and look forward to coming back!

Cons:

Everything was just great for me, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
