The room looked nice in person. The ac was working fine.
The employees need to work on their professionalism, the wifi didn’t work unless I had to have the tv turned on which was an inconvenience (I didn’t ask if it could work a different way because I didn’t want to approach them and because I only stayed for 1 night), the room was generally clean but there were a few hair strands in the bathroom from the previous stay. Also, I don’t drink coffee or tea which they offer complementary and the water is tap which I also don’t drink, it would be better to offer small plastic bottles of mineral water. Keep in mind you have to pay a deposit.
Camera mare, luminoasa cu produse de toaleta de calitate, lumina buna in baie, vederea frumoasa spre mare. Hotelul dispune de plaja proprie in apropiere la care ofera 2 sezlonguri gratuite. De asemenea in camera este aparat pentru cafea cu pastile, ceai si apa oferite gratuit si exista un minibar contra cost. Am primit de asemenea o bautura gratuita la barul hotelului. Hotelul dispune si de parcare proprie ceea ce este un plus.
Mai intai camera: nu are balcon si nicio optiune de a usca ceva la intoarcerea de la plaja. Izolatia geamului este deficitara astfel incat cand a plouat s-a scurs apa in camera pe la rama geamului. Am anuntat receptia si singura solutie a fost sa puna un prosop pe pervaz. Restaurantul hotelului, pe care il cunoastem si ne place foarte mult a fost inchis fix in cele 2 zile petrecute acolo pentru curatenie generala astfel ca in prima zi, micul dejun s-a servit intr-o sala de conferinte si a fost deaprte de un mic dejun de 4 stele. Am sperat ca in urmatoarea dimineata in cadrul restaurantului sa gasim un mic dejun conform asteptarilor dar ne-am insealt. Extrem de putine optiuni, cu aspect nu foarte proaspat, lipsa prajitor de paine, paine veche si proasta, fara aparat de cafea (cafea servita de la bar la cerere), cu sinceritate, am stat in hoteluri de 2 stele in care micul dejun a fost mult mai bun. Consider ca daca intr-adevar era necesara curatenia generala in mijlocul lunii iulie, atunci hotelul ar fi trebuit sa blocheze cele 2 zile la rezervare pe booking sau sa acorde un discount semnificativ la pretul camerei
Location quite close to the beach, parking possible before check-in and after check-out, very comfortable bed and clean room.
The shower was not really designed well, water was all over the bathroom and not flowing towards the drain.
Minimalist design, very clean, beautiful restaurant and terrace. Great location, 5 min walk from the beach. Beds are big enough for families.
Staff was not very flexible with specific requests, room cleaning was noisy. Overall, the staff was polite, but could definitely improve. Food is a bit too pricey. Did not quite understand why the 300 lei deposit policy is necessary.
Best hotel for short stays in Constant, everything was clean, large room and good view of the sea

Cameră: confortabil și foarte curat.
Servicii: curățenie zilnic, apă, cafea, ceai, prosoape curate.
Masa: mic-dejun european suficient.
Personal: amabil.
Ușile cu închidere automată de pe hol se închid cu zgomot. Deranjant pentru camerele din apropiere.

Micul dejun- la un hotel de 4 stele ...nu aveai ce să alegi, ochiuri, omletă și ouă poșate.. dezamăgitor!
O nosso quarto era muito bom, cama grande, casa de banho 5 estrelas, uma vista espectacular ao mar!
Uma das funcionárias era mesmo arrogante .. mas outra muito boa, então é sobre a sorte que apanha 😂
Very clean and cozy, had a nice sea view as a bonus. Close to the beach, 10 minutes max. Shops within walking distance. Everyone was friendly, especially the super nice miss at the front desk. Really enjoyed my stay!
