50th surprise party
Pros:

I planned my sister's 50th surprise party at the restaurant, and booking at the hotel. We had a few guest that also decided to stay over and hotel was able to assist with accommodations. Overall a great experience

The Capetonian -
Pros:

Inattentive staff. The frontline staff definitely require more training.
Hotel's dated but being refreshed while we were there.
Buffer breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Restaurant staff were very good.
Convenient location and parking.
Would I stay there again? A resounding yes.

Pros:

Prayer place was my attraction. Staff members are all friendly and humble. Very neat Potraying high level of proffessionalism. I even tip some, not sure if its allowed but their staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious and spotless with lovely set up.

Cons:

Not really discomforting but the aircons needs be upgraded. Add small cussions and a trow on the bed and by the couches just to brighten up the room.

Pros:

I asked for the newly renovated family room and was very happy with the room, especially the comfort and the 2 separate bathrooms. The Halaal breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

I used a rental car and was just not happy with the parking as I often could not find parking when I returned. I think that you should have a separate basement parking for guests staying at the hotel or a separate parking for visitors and day visitors using the restaurant or functions

Excellent stay we had.
Pros:

I will defiantly recement this to my family and friends. We as a family had a excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The only problem we had was that the people that stayed in the room above us was a bit noisy and we had asked the reception to send someone to make them a bit quired so that my wife could get some sleep. Other than that, we had an enjoyable time.

Great value for your money.
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely amazing everyday.
I liked that it was so centeral and we could walk around the CBD .staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is beautiful and iam sure once renovations are completed its going to be awesome.

Cons:

We did not have hot water twice .
The place is under renovation and could get noisy but we were told this when booking.
