Pros:

The location is top-notch. The artistic style of the lobby, how everything is designed, how it all looks, the garden - all of that is really great. And it’s a nice touch that there’s at least some kind of gym too.

Cons:

We were placed in a room that connected to another room through a door. The door was closed, but we could hear every little sound from the other room. It’s not that anyone was being loud - it just felt like they were right there in our room with us. We weren’t happy with this, and at first we were refused any kind of move.

Only when I said I wanted a refund - that we were checking out now and would look for another hotel - did they offer a downgrade to a different room, one with a smaller bed. And for that downgrade, they offered to bring us Georgian wine, which they then never brought.

Overall, there was a smell of smoke throughout the hallways and pretty much everywhere - except inside the room itself, thankfully, which we’re grateful for.

Restaurant team!
Housekeeping and Concierge provided excellent service and made the stay enjoyable. However, the restaurant team would benefit from significant training in both service standards and guest interaction, as the attitude and overall experience did not meet expectations
