Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und modern. Das zum Hotel dazugehörige Restaurant sowie die Bar sind sehr gut und laden auch am Abend dazu ein, dort zu verweilen. Es gibt ein kleines Fitnessstudio, das die Basics hat, um ein Workout zu machen.

Cons:

Die Dachterrasse war leider geschlossen während unseres Aufenthalts. Zudem konnte man über den TV kein Netflix abspielen.

سيئة ولن تتكرر، حطيت صور تجنن مع انهم ما يستاهلون لكن عشان المصداقية والناس تستفيد

الصراحة أكثر من شي، خدمة العملاء سيئة لا يتجاوبون معك من أول مره، والاكل خياراته محدوده جداً ومو لذيذ والنظافة ال housekeeper دخلت على اساس تنظف تركتها تنظف وطلعت لما رجعت لقيتها فقط رتبت لحاف السرير وباقي الغرفة مقلوبة فوق تحت وايضاً الحمام ما مسكته ويوم دقيت عليهم قلت لهم ارسلوا وحده معصبه تصارخ علي وهي تنظف، ادق على الرسبشن يقفلون بوجهي!، فيه موظف في المطعم نزلت افطر دفعت ودخلت الميز أوقح منه ما شفت بس يصارخ لما اسأله عن الاكل لان أنا عندي حساسية وهو متضايق من اسئلتي وربي شوي ويضربني وقح، في الليل يسوون حفلات وما اقدر انام من الازعاج (كانت غرفتي في الدور الاول)، الرسبشن يحشونك وانت واقف 😳، ما يساعدونك وما يعلمونك عن الكلاسات الموجوده ولا الفعاليات في الفندق يعني ناس غريبة فعلاً

Pros:

I liked everything except for the parking, as getting to the parking area is quite complicated.

The parking is located behind the hotel, and in order to reach it, you have to drive a fairly long way around the building. After that, it is important not to miss the correct turn, followed by another turn that leads to the parking area. The access road is also quite narrow and runs through the surrounding courtyards, which can easily cause confusion — and that is exactly what happened in my case.

I had to drive around approximately three times before I managed to find the parking area. Eventually, I had to go into the hotel and ask a member of staff to come with me in the car for a fourth round so that he could show me exactly how to get there.

The inconvenience and difficulty of accessing the parking area really speak for themselves.

Cons:

What I did not like was that not all bathrooms are equipped with a bidet shower (hygienic shower). I believe the importance of having one speaks for itself. If the hotel takes into consideration that some of its guests may come from Muslim countries, I think a bidet shower should be provided as a standard bathroom facility. Whether guests choose to use it or not is, of course, entirely up to them, but I believe it should at least be available in every room.

Because our original room did not have one, we had to change rooms and move to another room where it was available. This suggests that there is no consistent standard across the hotel: some rooms have a bidet shower, while others do not. I had specifically requested a room where this facility would be available.

There was also another inconvenience related to the bed. I booked a room with a king-size bed. However, as I understood it, what the hotel provides as a king-size bed is actually two regular single beds joined together and secured with special connectors, rather than one proper king-size bed.

In my case, apparently the housekeeping staff had not properly secured the two beds together. As a result, during the night the beds separated while I was sleeping, and I actually fell into the gap between them.
