Nice boutique, bar area downstairs had good atmosphere with locals and not just guests. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff weren’t very helpful when asking for suggestions re Georgia tours, and ideas to see things Georgia.
I want to point out the staff were friendly and helpful in many ways. but it be good if they had some better ideas re trips outside of capital, even if they can suggest tour options more enthusiastically.

Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations.
The room and the overall hotel design were beautiful, modern, and very elegant. One thing we especially loved was how amazing the entire hotel smelled — every area felt fresh, luxurious, and welcoming.
The staff was extremely polite, professional, and helpful during our whole stay. We would also like to give special thanks to the housekeeper on our floor — she was especially caring and kind, and it was always pleasant to meet her in the hallway in the mornings. Small details like this made our stay feel even more special.
The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the parking area was perfect and convenient. The hotel truly maintains a very high standard, and the cleanliness everywhere was absolutely spotless.
We had a very pleasant experience and truly enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back to Tbilisi, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The hotel and rooms were beautifully designed in a charming vintage style. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower in the room was great as well. The hotel is located in a good area, although it’s not exactly in the center near Freedom Square — it’s about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and bar, which were very pleasant to sit at in the evening.

The hotel is well renovated, everything is clean and new

Cons:

The staff didn't realize that putting an elderly couple on a floor with teenage athletes was, to put it mildly, reckless. The noise persisted from morning until 2 a.m.
Since we were leaving early, we asked for breakfast to go. The staff forgot and, in a rush, gave us a couple of tiny sandwiches and a couple of dry biscuits. The hotel is not cheap and this is unforgivable.The hotel is not cheap and this is unforgivable.
