This hotel is absolutely fantastic and as someone who has travelled many countries ans cities I am highly impressed.

The staff are completely wonderful. Helpful, considerate, polite and keen to make you feel seen. To give an example, I had bought a bottle of wine the first night from a convenience store and asked for a wine opener from the staff. The wine opener arrived after a while and the staff member apologized for the slight delay. When I came back to Tbilisi after a couple of days to Artizan they had placed a complementary bottle of good wine, a wine opener and two glasses for me and my girlfriend!

The restaurant is extremely nice and offers fantastic tasting food and drinks that honestly surprised me seeing as we went to good places in Tbilisi, but this one honestly surpassed them all.

The parking staff and space were good and had an easy system to interact with

Cons:

The location is a bit further away from the old town and the neighborhood is not very picturesque if that is what you are looking for. However it is quiet and you can sleep & rest without disturbance. And a taxi from here to old town is just 6-8 lari.

Balcony is not very large and basically the width of one regular plastic chair
