Below my expectation
Pros:

Some Restaurent near by , groceries shop near by. Parking available.

Cons:

Not much clean, customer support take time, facility needs to request always like water bottle etc.

Cons:

They said that the room was not available eventhough I had confirmed booking status in the application. They said we are supposed to pay along with booking whereas the booking app clearly states payment at hotel on arrival.

We had to opt for another available room giving additional amount directly to them, as we didnt have the energy to go for room hunting at other hotels. We found it extremely unprofessional on their part. Also the rooms were not clean like the photos they had shown on booking app.

Even though Booking.com lists this hotel as offering “free cancellation,” they’re now asking for advance payment due to high demand. If you don’t pay in advance, you won’t be given a room—and you’ll be surprised at the reception. Please be careful.

It is okay
Pros:

The check in process is smooth. Room was clean. Ample parking space was available.

Cons:

The Heater took a long time to heat water. The toilet flush was not very good and got stuck a few times. No towels were provided. It was not value for money.

Pros:

The place looked nice. It was near the center so most of the stuff you need is accessible

Cons:

They didn't give a heads-up about giving our slot to someone else. We have already been on the road for 4 hours in blazing heat when they told us they gave our slot away.

Pros:

Nothing. It was dirty.
Only the nepali guy at the reception was good.

Cons:

Everything was so bad. I found the apartment dirty. I asked for a refund for the remaining trip, they did not return anything. I left early with out any refund.
