Prachtig design hotel op geweldige locatie
Pros:

De ligging, het interieur, ruime kamer, mooi dakterras

Cons:

Ontbijt was duur, zeer beperkt en extra betalen voor eieren, toast avocado, etc.

the room I have booked and the room I was offered on my arrival was not match. I was a bit disappointed and I had to prove with photo what room I have booked.

Bonito hotel boutique en una ubicación excelente
Pros:

La ubicación en Galata es excelente para recorrer Estambul a pie. El hotel tiene un diseño moderno y muy cuidado, manteniendo el encanto del edificio. Además, tuvimos la suerte de recibir un upgrade a una habitación en la cuarta planta que era espectacular: muy amplia, bonita, cómoda y con unas vistas muy agradables.

El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. Nos ayudaron a reservar un paseo en yate por el Bósforo, que fue una de las mejores experiencias del viaje.

Cons:

La limpieza es el aspecto que más debería mejorar. Encontramos pelos en la cama antes de haberla utilizado, algo que nos resultó muy desagradable y que no esperábamos.

Al estar en una zona muy céntrica, el sábado por la noche se escuchó bastante ruido de la música de los bares hasta la madrugada. Aun así, el resto de las noches el ambiente fue tranquilo y descansamos muy bien.

También contratamos a través del hotel un tour privado por el centro histórico. Aunque la experiencia fue correcta, nos pareció algo caro para el nivel de detalle que ofreció el guía.

Hotel very nice, very good location to visit Istanbul but to close from a lot of bar and restaurant so we had a big prob
Pros:

Very good accommodation and location.

Cons:

This place was very noisy because windows wasn’t soundproofing and few meters from the hotel was a lot of bars and restaurants which was open until 2 -3 pm during the night. We were located in 4th floor but still we hear everything.

Pros:

Очень красивые номера, отель, бар на крыше, завтраки, обслуживание, персонал на высоте

Cons:

Немного шумное местоположение, но это мы при бронировании не подумали о том, что район Галаты для маленького ребенка неочень подходит

Super emplacement mais un peu bruyant. Service gentil mais pas tres efficace. Photos conformes
Pros:

L’emplacement etait genial ! Parfait pour decouvrir istanbul a pieds et sortir le sortir dans bras et restaurants.
Les chambres etaient conformes a la description, jolies et propres.

Cons:

Assez bruyant, meme si l’hotel est dans une toute petite rue il y a beaucoup de curculation bruyante.
Ils ne prennent pas la carte de credit pour la caution alors qu’on n’avait pas ete prevenu on a du retirer des especes juste pour ça (avec des frais et sans pouvoir les depenser ensuite).
Nous n’avons jamais pu profiter de la terrasse qui etait soit privatisee soit il n’y avait personne pour nous servir un verre.
Pour deux verres utilisés, le lave vaisselle avait ete lancé et c’etait comme ça tous les jours (gâchis d’eau)

Lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

The building had lovely traditional architecture, and inside a stunning brick and stone circular staircase. Loved relaxing late afternoon at the roof top bar, also picking a book to read in the lobby library. It was a treat to have the coffee machine in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Missed bedside lighting.

A stylish and luxurious stay in a vibrant neighborhood
Pros:

Beautiful designed hotel, a stunning and luxurious room, and everything was impeccably clean. We also had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, which was very enjoyable. (The only thing I felt was missing at breakfast was a bit more atmosphere).

Cons:

The main drawback for me (although this is largely beyond the hotel's control) is the location in a lively nightlife area. Combined with the limited sound insulation of the rooms, music from nearby venues was clearly audible until around midnight or 1 a.m. (we stayed on the first floor).

This may be worth considering for light sleepers. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfort and quality of the hotel.
