El restaurante es uno de los puntos más fuertes del hotel.
En el sector hay pocos sitios de interés. Es una zona muy comercial pero desde las 6pm es prácticamente muerta.
El personal es muy amable. La habitación doble con dos camas, es muy cómoda. Se veía todo limpio. Los colchones y las almohadas cómodas. El desayuno es muy rico. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. Hay parqueadero y el acceso es fácil.
Deben revisar los enchufes. No debería ser tan difícil ingresar cualquier cargador. Y también deben revisar la presión de los inodoros, ya que el baño se tapó y ellos muy amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación. El desayuno como no es buffet se hace poco para alguien con buen apetito. No supimos si podíamos repetir desayuno en caso de no quedar satisfechos, si es así deberían decirlo. Y las instalaciones, gym, terraza están al aire libre, lo que hace que cuando llueva, se restringe el acceso a la parte externa de la terraza y el espacio donde está el gym amanece mojado.

The location is fantastic—just two blocks from the main park and close to downtown, the Éxito supermarket, Cristo on the hill, and our favorite coffee shop, Jende. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; they even asked for my floor preference and gave me a wonderful top-floor room with a view. On top of that, the hotel was impeccably clean, and room service was provided daily.
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about my stay.
