Guest Reviews
Reservation denied. Very unprofessional
Reservation denied. Very unprofessional
Because I couldn't have any options in Pondicherry for the new year eve, I have spent 24,000INR for two nights. It's OK.
But it's just an local hotel. No matter what, staff was kind.
Breakfast is very poor.
The rooms are exceptional with very good hospitality. Service is very good. Friendly staff with helping nature and place is kids friendly including toddlers.
Nothing as such
Staff behaviour is wonderful. The place is so clean and spacious too
Food availability after late hours
The place was exceptionally well managed. Do try their tea if you are in the room. We would definitely visit again soon.
Nothing... everything was great.
Nice
It was really nice, the staff were really co-operative.
Nothing

Very good ambience
1. Overpriced
2. No place to park the car securely.
3. Not very secure
spacious rooms, cleanliness and friendly staff
don’t have kitchen so if there is a kitchen it would a bonus but i won’t say this as disliking because nearby there are lot if places where you can go and eat
Location was perfect. And room we selected had a balcony with perfect view. Room was big enough. Neat clean and staff was supportive. Also helped us with city navigation and places to visit
