Great staff, location and breakfast
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist unexpectedly gifted us a small upgrade to our room for our birthday! Great in house service such as massages and facials, great location and breakfast was good!

Cons:

Wifi in our room (on the 8th floor) wasn’t great. Had to go down the lobby for wifi when needed.

La chambre etait tres propre et spacieuse et l hotel est tres bien situee le personnel est aux petits soins le petit dejeuner est copieux et tres bon

Great location with everything within easy reach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The family room had plenty of beds and was perfect for our family of two adults and two children. We had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend it.

Cons:

Nothing major. The room was a little dusty when we arrived, but we mentioned it to the staff and they dealt with it promptly.

I've stayed at Ja Cosmo several times now, and I come back for the great staff who are happy to help you with almost anything you need such as airport transfer and tour booking. The beds are very comfortable; the rooms are clean. If you are here as a tourist, it's a great location because you can walk to Hoan Kiem, the Old Quarter and the French Quarter, but you are just blocks away where it's quieter. It's also convenient for getting to the rest of the city by taxi or bus. A great value, and has consistent service you can trust.
