Excelente ubicación y atención, desayuno por mejorar

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Hanói y muy cerca del lago Hoàn Kiếm y del Old Quarter, lo que permite llegar caminando fácilmente a muchos de los principales lugares turísticos, restaurantes y zonas comerciales.

La atención del personal fue uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó: siempre fueron muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier solicitud. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y agradables para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad.

En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Es un hotel con una excelente relación entre ubicación, comodidad y servicio, y definitivamente volveríamos a alojarnos allí en una próxima visita a Hanói.

La atención y apoyo de Vivíane fue excepcional

Cons:

El único aspecto que podría mejorar es el desayuno. La variedad es bastante limitada y las opciones disponibles podrían ser más completas. Considerando la buena calidad general del hotel y la excelente atención del personal, un desayuno más variado y mejor presentado haría que la experiencia fuera aún mejor.

Stuff was awesome! The breakfast is really good, alot of fresh food and several freshmade meals to choose from.

Cons:

The room has certainly seen better days and some of the installments are rather semi professional. But it was always clean. The Spa for the quality offered was overpriced for hanoi prices. The ongoing promotion of trips organised by the hotel can be overwhelming.
