Lyn a était super accueillante et très gentille avec moi. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel était super agréable et m’a beaucoup aidé car j’ai rencontré un problème avec un chauffeur de taxi. Mon séjour ici était super : chambre propre, déjeuner très bon et hôtel bien placé. Je recommande !!!

We stayed at Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa for three nights during our visit to Hanoi and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

The hotel has a perfect location in the Old Quarter, comfortable rooms, a great breakfast, and a very welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff.

A special thank you to Lyn, Vivian, Hieu, and Laurent for their kindness, professionalism, and constant willingness to help. They provided excellent advice about Hanoi, helped us organize and book tours, arranged transportation, and were always available to answer our questions and make our trip easier.

Their recommendations and support made our stay in Hanoi even more enjoyable and stress-free.

We highly recommend Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again in the future.

10/10 experience.

Estadia de Qualidade no centro de Hanoi
Pros:

Excelente recepção e boas-vindas dada pela Laurent que me deu todas informações necessárias e possibilidade de agendar tours para outros locais do Vietnam, simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários, nomeadamente o Kent e a Vivian. O meu cofre teve um problema de bateria e não conseguiu abrir l. Falei com a Laurent que resolveu de imediato a situação. O hotel estar localizado no centro de tudo em Hanoi. O lago e o templo Hoan Kiem está a 10 min e MacDonalds a 12. Há um 7/11 próximo e muitas mercearias, lojas de souvenirs e restaurantes.

Cons:

Do barulho do ar condicionado e da água do chuveiro ser muito quente e ser difícil ajustar a temperatura ideal sem me queimar.

The overall stay is wonderful, it would be my first choice to stay if I visit Hanoi again.
Pros:

1. The staffs are all so nice and patient.
2. The location of the hotel is remarkable.
3. The hotel's breakfast is great.
4. The service that the hotel provide (money exchange, taxi arranging....) is convenient.

Cons:

1. The water in the bathroom sometimes is unstable.
2. If the hotel can provide 2 room card, it would be nicer.
3. The slippers in the room can be changed into other style (only suggestion).
