Pros:

The location was pretty good and the staff were really helpful and polite. We also had a foot massage, and that as well as the spa staff were great as well.

Cons:

The hotel and room were decent, but pretty dated. The bathroom was a low: the shower, while having good pressure was pretty unstable. Also the layout of the switches was a bit confusing.
Also, we loved our massages, but the spa had really loud and creaky beds.

A lovely few days spent in Hanoi. When I return I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent location to explore the Old Quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Vivian at reception was great to deal with, nothing being too much trouble for her. An absolute pleasure to.
