If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Estadia prejudicada pelo incômodo e falta de higiene dos pombos.

Da localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação em relação à presença de pombos nas janelas dos quartos. Durante a madrugada, os pombos ficam constantemente batendo na janela, causando barulho e interrompendo o sono. Além disso, eles permanecem no local e acabam defecando na área da janela.
A situação é bastante desagradável e, além de comprometer o descanso dos hóspedes, representa uma preocupação com higiene e saúde, considerando os riscos associados à presença e às fezes de aves. Estava a trabalho, cansado o dia todo e não conseguia descansar.
Alguns dos meus colegas chegaram a reclamar na recepção, mas, o quadro não mudou.
É necessário que o hotel adote medidas efetivas para impedir o acesso dos pombos às janelas e realize a devida higienização do local. Espero que o estabelecimento considere essa reclamação e providencie uma solução, pois uma boa hospedagem também depende de condições adequadas de higiene, segurança e tranquilidade, principalmente por ser um hotel express, usado constantemente pelo meio corporativo.
