●attentive staff, receptive, we asked for a more quite room and they gave us another room in a more quite area.

Cons:

●The noise all the time, music at maximum level all day until 22.30, it was a bit too much. More quite intervals would've been nice, to get more rest.
● the couch very hard, but the child slept ok in it.

Pros:

Mi-a plăcut că avea plaja privata cu șezlonguri, umbrele și măsuță, barul lor chiar pe plaja și ori de câte ori îmi era sete putea servi multe băuturi reci gratuit.

Pros:

Всё было очень хорошо. Номер большой и просторный, чисто. Еда великолепная и разнообразная. В ресторанах еда другая и тоже очень вкусная.

Cons:

Минусов не много, но они есть:
Матрас на главной кровати был сильно продавлен и спать было не комфортно.
Полотенца меняют на чистые раз в два дня, в отеле с детьми и бассейном они не просыхают на балконе.

Pros:

The resort has exceeded our expectations. Its an ideal place for a holiday with kids at any age. The cleanliness, the hotel personnel, the food, activities and facilities were exceptional from the beginning till check out.

Highly recommended and we will return back next year.

Cons:

The poor wifi internet speed (especially in the evenings) was the only complaint.
