Ok ca si servicii, dar scump pentru conditii per total.
Pros:

Multe piscine, aproape de mare, bufet diversificat si optiunea de cine a la carte seara, bauturile bune, camera si baia foarte spatioase. Personalul de la bar, restaurant si receptie foarte ok.

Cons:

Ar merge mai multe sezlonguri si la piscine si pe plaja. Camera cam ponosita, mobila stricata pe interior. Ar mai trebui imbunatatiri pe partea de curatenie (la baie se vedea la chiuvete si cabina de dus ca nu era curatat prea bine, ar trebui dat si cu mopul, nu doar aspirat). Ar fi bine de pus in camere si niste papuci de casa, eventual si reumplerea recipientelor de sapun lichid si gel de dus, niste betisoare de urechi). Respectarea semnului de ‘nu deranjati’ - doamna de la curatenie, 3 zile la rand tot a batut la usa si a deschis usa de la camera si tot a insistat sa intre desi i-am zis sa revina mai tarziu pentru ca ne pregateam de iesit din camera.

Not worth the money even with the discount I had from my Genious account in the Booking.com platform.

Location. Good pool, pool bar, fitness area and aqua park

Cons:

- Poor food and service at most places apart from the poolside bars. We had stomach issues and diarrhea during our stay. We ate only at the hotel restaurant and drank only bottled water so no question about where the issue is. Our complaints about the food during check-out were dismissed at the reception. We were told that we most likely gave sensitive stomachs and digestion and no one else has complained about the kitchen this season.
- The rooms are a bit old (not a big issue) and the bed sheets had blood stains on them (even the ones for our baby). The bed was uncomfortably soft for a man with normal weight and my lower back hurt every morning.
- The AC is too strong even on the lowest setting so we were either freezing or sweating through the night. The balcony door handle was damaged so the door could not be locked.
- The hotel parking spots at the back of the hotel were simply awful and there was hardly any space for a normal-sized SUV to reach them and manoeuvre once you get there, also someone had to constantly come down to move their car in order to unblock my car so I can leave and then park again.
- Lots of foreign guest that were often rude and loud.

We had a wonderful stay at AquaClub GRIFID Hotel Bolero and were very impressed with the overall experience.

First of all, the staff deserves special praise. Everyone was well-trained, professional and always willing to help. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who truly deserve all the appreciation for what they do. Keeping such a large and diverse audience entertained, with guests from so many different European countries, is not an easy task, but they managed to do it exceptionally well. Their energy, enthusiasm and professionalism were outstanding.

The aqua park was definitely one of the main attractions for our children, but honestly, the adults enjoyed it just as much. It was a great addition to the holiday and provided plenty of fun for the whole family.

The food and drinks were more than sufficient and very much to our taste. There was plenty of variety, and we never felt that we were missing anything.

Another major advantage is the private beach, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas spread across a large area. The beach bar is also exactly what you need after a swim in the sea, a perfect place to grab a refreshing drink and relax.

A kiszolgálás remek, a dolgozók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek.
Igazi gyermekparadicsom, játszótér, csúszdák, folyamatos programok, esténként még aquazorbingra is van lehetőség a medencében.
Az ételek finomak és bőségesek, mindenki találhat kedvére valót.
Szuper hely arra, hogy a család egy kicsit gondtalanul kiszakadjon a hétköznapokból.

Egyetlen negatívumként a kültéri medencék hőmérsékletét említeném. Érdemes számítani rá, hogy elég hűvösek, de az összélményt ez nem befolyásolja jelentősen.

●attentive staff, receptive, we asked for a more quite room and they gave us another room in a more quite area.

Cons:

●The noise all the time, music at maximum level all day until 22.30, it was a bit too much. More quite intervals would've been nice, to get more rest.
