Zweckmäßig, sauber, einfach.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Kühlschrank war zwar vorhanden, hat aber nicht wirklich gekühlt. Frühstücksbuffet maximal mittelmäßig. Das Hotel liegt quasi direkt in der Altstadt, bis zu Restaurants und Geschäften hat man nur 1-2 Minuten Fußweg.

Cons:

Es gibt nur vier Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, das Auto sollte nicht breiter als 1,50 m sein, sonst wird's sehr eng bei der Zufahrt zu diesen Parkplätzen. Sollten diese nicht frei sein kann man für 7€ einen Parkplatz auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz bekommen, muss allerdings dann sein Gepäck einige Straßen weit tragen. Wenn jemand mit Hund anreisen sollte: es gibt nur wenig bis eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten wo Hunde sich lösen können.

Tolles Hotel mit super Frühstück, Fahrradraum & Jacuzzi
Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel On The Rock in Arco und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet.

Besonders begeistert hat mich der praktische Fahrradraum – gerade für einen Aufenthalt mit dem Fahrrad wirklich super! Auch der Jacuzzi war nach einem aktiven Tag eine schöne Möglichkeit, zu entspannen.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Highlight: sehr lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Ein kleiner Hinweis zu den hoteleigenen Parkplätzen: Diese sind recht eng. Ich habe deshalb den nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatz genutzt, was für mich die bessere und unkompliziertere Lösung war.

Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Service und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel On The Rock auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Great hotel, fantastic staff
Pros:

The staff was fantastic, especially Cristian who's goven us great tips about parking and stuff in the general area we otherwise wouldn't have known. Room was super clean and breakfast was very good - fresh and extensive.

Cons:

Vegan options at breakfast was only the vegan croissant. It was tasty but it doesn't compare.

Really helped to make the holiday unforgettable.
Pros:

What a wonderful stay we had. Joined by our friends: the hotel was immaculately clean, the staff very cheerful, helpful and personable and the room superb with one of the best hotel showers I've come across. It is very close to the town centre and suitable for us despite some disabilities. We haven't stayed in a better hotel for many, many years and would love to go back in a few years, God willing.
