Özlem hanım otele girdiğimiz anda samimi bir şekilde karşıladı ve bizi otel ile ilgili detaylı olarak bilgilendirdi ve öncelikle bizi restorana yönlendirdi. bebeğimizle gittiğimiz için odamız hazır olmamasına rağmen hazır olan başka bir oda verdiler ve bekletmediler. tüm personeller nazik ve güler yüzlüydü casinoda çalışan garsonlar hariç. bebeğimizle rahat edebilmemiz için herkes özen gösterdi. odalar geniş ve rahattı. denizi fena değildi. plaja buggy ile kolay bir şekilde gitmemizi sağladılar. otel konum olarak çok iyi yerde her yere araçla kolay ulaşabilirsiniz.

Cons:

öncelikle otelin artık eski olduğu her detaydan anlaşılıyor. odalardaki bazı malzemeler artık yıpranmış dökülüyor. Odamızın bulunduğu koridorda havalandırma çalışmıyordu asansörden odaya kadar yürüdüğümüz mesafe havasız ve sıcaktı sürekli. odamız yoğun bir jeneratör yada büyük klima motoru sesi gibi bir ses alıyordu ve bu aralıksız sürekli olan bir sesti. odaya yerleştikten sonra fark ettiğimiz için oda değişikliği talep etmedik bebeğimizle toplanmak tekrardan çok zor olacaktı. oda kapımızın önünde karşı odanın yemek içecek vs. artıklarının olduğu bir kaç tepsi 1 gün boyunca aynı yerde kaldı ve her odaya giriş çıkışımızda gördük. 3 gece kaldığımız süre boyunca 3 öğün yediğimiz yemeklerde aynı standardı göremedik. bir gün lezzetli çıkan ürün diğer gün aynı değildi. bu ücretlerin ödendiği otelin yemekleri daha iyi olabilirdi. yemekler çeşit olarak yeterliydi. son gün odadan çıkış yaptık fakat otelden ayrılmamıza bir kaç saat vardı ve bebeğin altını değiştirmemiz gerekti ama bunun için bir alan olmadığını söylediler. casino kısmı için öncelikle şunu söyleyeyim kaybetmedim hatta major jackpot kazandım olumsuz yorumlarım kaybettiğim için değil. casinodaki oyunlar eski. adadaki yeni oyunlar burda yok. garsonların büyük bir kısmı mutsuz ve bir şey isterken 2 kere düşünüyorsunuz. söyledikten sonra bir şeyin gelmediği hiç olmadı. kazanıp kaybetmek mutlaka şans tabi ama burada herkesi sadece bir süre oyunda tutmak üzerine bir sistem var gibi anladım oyun oynayan hemen herkes mutsuzdu. casinoda ilk defa elektrik kesildiğini gördüm. 2 dakika kadar sonra elektrikler geldi ve bir çok kişi bakiyesini geri alabilmek için olduğu yerde baya bir süre bekledi. bazı makinalar elektrik kesintisinden bir gün sonra bile kapalıydı çalışmıyordu. bu fiyatlarla tekrar tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir oteldir.

Nice stay but could have been 10/10 . A lot of potential with a few upgrades .
Pros:

The whole setup is very nice . Very nice beach area with cabanas and sand beds . Very rich breakfast , dinners etc.

Cons:

The price of near 500 euro for the condition of the hotel is extreme. The rooms seem to be from a different era. The room smelled cigarettes the whole time we were there but was clean and comfortable.
The staff doesn’t speak English besides a few persons . In casino you cannot breathe , there is no air circulation at all .

Excellent Stay with Only Minor Points to Note
Pros:

The stay exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were incredibly spacious, housekeeping was always available, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool is large and beautiful, while the beach is a wonderful place to relax and spend time.

The lobby is spacious, clean, and peaceful, and the food was excellent. I also really appreciated the complimentary drinks in the minibar, which were a lovely touch.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be coming back many more times!

Cons:

A few things could be improved. The stay was on a full-board basis, with drinks included during meals, but I was surprised that Cappuccino was charged separately.

The casino also never opened a table with a minimum buy-in of less than $50, which meant I had to drive to other casinos to find lower-stakes tables.

Another issue was with the pool sunbeds. Some guests would reserve beds even when they were not actually at the pool, making it difficult to find a free sunbed. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem to have a solution for this.

Cons:

Deniz çok kötü kokuyor ve bu yıllardır süren çözülemeyen bir durummuş. İskele den denize girdiğinizde atık kokusu benzeri dayanılmaz kokular geliyor. Çay sadece ücretli aldığınız yerlerde lezzetli ancak kahvaltı ve yemek arasında istediğiniz çaylar çok kötü hemde kokuyor
