Genel olarak hem adult hem aile konseptine uygun bir otel
Pros:

Kıbrısa geldiğimde başka otele gitmediğim tek konaklama yeridir. Ulaşım ücretsiz oda upgrade beni en çok otele sevdiren ayrıntıdır. Restoranda çalışanların yardımseverliliği ve güleryüzlü oluşları çok güzel.

Cons:

Banyo da saç kıl tüy vardı inşaat zamanından kalma fayansın üstünde numaralandırmalar kalmış bu hoş değildi. İlk defa gördüm bu durumu. Kıbrısın diğer alanlarının denizi cam gibiyken maalesef cratosun denizi o kadar temiz gelmedi. Önceki konaklamamda yaşadığım olumsuzluğa gelirsem başka bir duyulmuş aracıdan almıştım konaklamamı aniden karar verdik gitmeye ancak checkinimizi aracı firma iletmemiş geç saatti ondan oda vermediler sabaha kadar süründük diyebilirim. (Siz oda verin eğer onaylanmazsa ödemesini yaparız çok yorgunuz demiştik)

There are no words, it's really excellent.
Pros:

Everything is excellent, there's nothing to complain about. Quality service, food, and the women who work here are very helpful and supportive. There's also a guy named Kadir who works at the reception; he is really helpful and gives his all.
