Fijn hotel maar slecht onthaal bij receptie.
Pros:

Tuin, locatie aan het strand, ontbijt, personeel.

Cons:

Aankomst bij receptie. Begeleiding van een jongen die pas begonnen was en niet wist hoe de airco en de lichtknoppen werkten.
We waren tijdje al in kamer en koffers stonden nog bij de ingang.Dus zelf maar gaan halen.

It was perfect. Our 42nd wedding anniversary, short stay that we both enjoyed.
Pros:

Everything. Location, restaurants, staff. It was great. Outdoor heated pool was a delight. The staff were exemplary. The Spa was good fun; we had a few treatments and they were good.

Cons:

Didn't dislike anything. New experience for us. Will be back.

Great stay
Pros:

Mahmoud the check in clerk was exceptional in his service skills, made sure we were well catered for and made our stay very enjoyable. Zakaria the lifeguard also made our trip very special providing us with lots of pool side entertainment and stories. Would highly recommend

Es hat mir sehr gefallen und würde wenn ich nach Agadir kommen würde sicherlich wieder hier übernachten
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Servicepersonal sowie das Personal im Hotel waren sehr zuvorkommend. Mir hat alles sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Das Buffet war sehr gut, jedoch zum Teil gab es nicht eine besonders vielfältige Auswahl an Gerichten.

I paid for my bill and a member of staff handed me money back but it was slightly less than I was expecting and he didn’t say anything. When I questioned he said he didn’t have change - if he knew he should have highlighted and not try to pay me less

Très bel et agréable hôtel de luxe
Pros:

C'est un vrai 5 étoiles, le personnel est charmant, les espaces communs et restos sont très agréables et d'un design recherché. Très bon petit-déjeuner varié.

Cons:

La salle de bain qui n'est pas fermée éclaire la chambre au matin, ce qui peut réveiller qui dort encore. Le gym mériterait un peu plus de climatisation, mais ce n'est rien vraiment.

Very Poor
Pros:

Some of the breakfast staff, especially Amine and some of the housekeeping staff (Mohammed) were very polite and attentive. Also the customer liaison Wiam was wonderful.

Cons:

This is not a 5 star hotel, and to even call it a 4 star hotel would be an insult to the good 4 star hotels. The check-in process is a joke, and they could not even tell us when the room would be ready. So we decided to go out for a while, and on return, the room we were given reeked like a public toilet and had quite clearly not been cleaned as there was hair from the previous occupant. The manager then kept saying the hotel was full and wanted to move us to a smaller room than what we had paid for. Finally, after the customer liaison (Wiam) got involved and after 2 hours, we were given a room that was habitable. I have to say that Wiam was excellent even though both my wife and I were very irritated by this stage. The hotel manager, on the other hand, was incompetent, and the reception staff need better training on 5 star customer service. So essentially, we wasted a whole afternoon just checking in. Also, we had the pizza at the hotel pool bar, and it was attrocious, one of the worst meals we had all through Morocco. The price for the food in the hotel is not worth it. From this experience, we will not book another Sofitel hotel.
