Excellent séjour , reposant et très détendant .
Pros:

Tout était parfait . Le petit déjeuner délicieux et varié . Un personnel très efficace et à l’écoute . Le personnel s’occupant des chambres était parfait . Le SPA , d’une grande qualité . La direction de l’hôtel très efficace et agréable .

Beaucoup de vent à notre arrivée avec de la pluie mais hébergement a la hauteur.
Pros:

l'accueil en général du personnel et surtout le suivi et l'accompagnement de Oumayma durant notre séjour , encore merci pour le surclassement c'était parfait . Parfait aussi la localisation de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner extraordinaire ainsi que les restaurants. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée et apprécier la décoration de l'hôtel. Nous y reviendrons dans problème.

Cons:

De ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps.

Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en gastvrij. Service is top. Complimenten aan Ayoub.

Zeer mooi aangelegd zwembad en tuinen. Eigen strand met bedden en lounge gedeelte. Genoeg ligbedjes met handdoekservice.

Cons:

Bedden zijn niet voorzien van een topper maar een soort dekbed. Dat ligt niet comfortabel. De prijzen in het hotel zijn niet in enige verhouding, veel te prijzig. Fles water voor 6 euro, frisdrank 9 euro, plastic glaasje rose wijn 9 euro, fles wijn gemiddeld 45 euro. Ontbijt 24 euro pp. Maak het marktconform en je besteld sneller een drankje.

Receptie kan efficiënter, veel te omslachtig voor 5 sterren hotel,
Vanaf 15 uur op de kamer werd uiteindelijk 17.30. Kamers zelf zijn geen 5 sterren waard, gehorig en niet bijzonder.
Zet wat goede drangers op de deuren en voorkom hard dichtslaande deuren.

Nice beach hotel with very modern design
Pros:

Very nice rooms, designed with love for details. Very nice garden and pool area. Great breakfast and good restaurants for dinner. Room was quiet and we slept well.

Cons:

Service at breakfast sometimes a bit slow and not attentive.

Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem schönen Hotel.
Pros:

Die Gartenanlage des Hotels ist aussergewöhnlich schön. Die vielen Plätze am Pool und im Garten sind wundervoll, man findet immer einen Platz, auch wenn viel los ist. Die Aussicht vom Frühstück/Abendessen ist grossartig. Man sieht über den Garten und den Pool bis zum Meer. Die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants waren immer sehr nett und haben einen verwöhnt. Am Abend kann es sehr kühl werden, der Wind ist immer sehr frisch. Wenn man draussen essen möchte, auf jeden Fall ein paar warme Sachen mitbringen.

Cons:

Die Innenpools beim Spa sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die brauchen ein Makeover, damit sie wieder auf dem restlichen Niveau des Hotels sind. Im Paket mit einer Anwendung ist die Nutzung inklusive, das ist ok, aber dafür extra Eintritt zu bezahlen lohnt sich definitiv nicht.
Mit der Reception hat nicht immer alles auf Anhieb geklappt, aber die Mitarbeiter dort waren auch sehr nett.

Probably your best bet in Agadir as beach spot is perfect . If u not using room for much is fine and just be aware of ch
Pros:

Pool and beach area stunning and lovely restaurants with great friendly staff and superb food . Spa is very good

Cons:

The reception staff very rude and not helpful -rooms very basic standard clean but u could be in an airport hotel ! Corridors felt like a hospital . Shame because the outside is amazing doesn’t quite match the inside . Maybe the larger suites would be better !
