A great escape from the busy streets. Very clean, quiet with lovely breakfast. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. A great location close to restaurants and shops.

It’s good for a short stay. The facility is tinny and felt crowded.

Cons:

My sister is over 70 years old and they gave her a room that will need to climb staircases after the elevator. It’s not very practical for an elderly.

Nice little boutique hotel in Saigon..
Pros:

The staff was super nice and accomodating. They were very helpful arranging a transfer from the airport. We also liked the services included with our booking such as the laundry and the relaxing foot bath at the end if our stay. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the little terrasse.

Cons:

There was a building in construction facing the hotel so it could be a bit noisy but nothing unbearable.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre mais dans une ruelle au calme sans nuisances sonores.
La chambre est très bien équipée et propreté irréprochable.
Fiona est très serviable et aux petits soins, je recommande fortement cet hôtel !

Lovely stay in a conveniently located hotel with great staff and well presented rooms.
Pros:

We were put in their Pastel Hotel just down the lane from Petite. Location was great for accessing key attractions on foot. Room was well presented and the staff friendly and helpful. Free laundry was very convenient.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok especially for price of hotel so don’t expect a huge buffet.

Gerne für den Aufenthalt in saigon buchen

Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich . Dazu kommt eine super Lage. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf das Schwesterhotel Pastell und waren sehr zufrieden .Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Da es an einer Seitenstraße liegt ist es sehr ruhig.
