Everything I needed and more.
The staff here were so kind to me and were able to give me an early check in at the sister hotel. My daughter and I arrived early on a sleeper bus and had received some dreadful news from home, we needed somewhere to cry and sleep and they helped us so much! I will be forever grateful to them!

Excellent location in the city center, yet situated on a charming and quiet street. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Restaurants, cafés, and bars were all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. We especially appreciated the laundry service and the complimentary foot spa at the end of our stay, which was a lovely gesture.

We had such an incredible stay that we just kept extending our visit - and in fact, we’ll be back again next week! We honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous - beautifully designed, spotless, spacious, and every bit as stunning as the photos online (which is surprisingly rare!).
One of the little touches we absolutely loved was the complimentary laundry service, which was such a luxury while travelling. Another unexpected highlight was returning to our room one evening to find a gorgeous little self-care foot bath waiting outside our door. After spending the day wandering Vietnam’s hot, humid, sweaty streets, it was the sweetest surprise and such a thoughtful way to help us relax and unwind. It’s those little touches that really set this hotel apart.
The breakfast deserves a special mention because it was, quite honestly, the best we’ve had anywhere in Vietnam during our month of travelling. The selection was exceptional, with an incredible variety of fresh, delicious options, all beautifully presented. Every morning was something to look forward to.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hospitality was second to none.
A very special thank you to the delightful and lovely Fiona , who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. She and everyone else was unbelievably joyful, positive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine enthusiasm and care made such a lasting impression. They are a true credit to the hotel, and we feel very lucky to have met them.
If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate - you won’t be disappointed. We’ll absolutely be recommending this hotel to our family and friends, and we’re already looking forward to returning next week!
