Cons:

Tualete numurā ar divām istabām atrodās guļamistaba un bērnam bija jāiet caur mūsu istabu.
Vakariņas bufete bija ļoti negaršīga un dārga.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber vor allem der spa bereich, sowohl im pool als auch im jacuzzi fehlen fliesen. Überall an den Säulen etwas rost
Nicht als Spa Hotel zu empfehlen da pool Sauna ruherauhm und Dampfbad alle zusammen in einem grossen Raum sind und es sehr laut werden kann je nach Publikum

Wir waren schon zum 2 x hier. Auf wünsche wurde eingegangen.

Cons:

Das die Kosmetik nicht angeboten wurde, und die Massagen je nach Durchführung sehr grob war. Zudem wurde während der Buchung die Preise der Anwendungen pauschal um 10 euro angehoben.

Wir haben für 6 Tage gebraucht. Jeden Tag haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Gastgeber war freundlich und nett. Zimmer Waren immer sauber und Essen sehr lecker. Wellness war gut. Wir kommen wieder. Danke

Cons:

The staff and guests were exceptionally rude. The lady at the front desk did not even speak. Just put her hand out for my passport. I was travelling on business with my work van and think this may have been the case. Very prententious guests that were staying at a budget price. I was then called a liar in the morning because I did not have dinner and they were trying to charge me!!! Disgusting behavour from start to finish!

Cons:

Cena a počet hvězdiček absolutně neodpovídají poskytovaným službám.
- urvaná poutka na županu
- na pokoji nebyla ani káva, ale ani obyčejná konvice na vodu
- 1 lahev 0,3 vody na celý pobyt?
- na recepci sice koupíte šampaňské nebo pivo, ale bohužel nemají ani sklenice. Buď z lahve nebo papírového kelímku
- v koupelně pouze mýdlo, ani krém nebo kondicionér
- snídaně až od 8 hodin, kdy před jídelnou stála fronta lidí a tudíž byl problém s místy k sezení.
V každém případě, hotel se snaží tvářit luxusně, ale šetření na úkor platících hostů je cítit na každém kroku. Nejhorší služby, co jsem kde zažila. Za stejnou cenu je v centru Prahy nebo kdekoliv jinde v zahraničí poskytovaný o několik tříd lepší servis

Cons:

Das Essen war sehr deftig, ein paar gesündere Alternativen wären schön gewesen. Auch Verdunklungsvorhänge oder ähnliches wären gut gewesen, da es lange hell war.

Zum Abendbrot gab es nur Buffet und kein Essen von der Karte. Wir haben daher nicht viel erwartet, waren dann aber positiv überrascht von dem Angebot und der Vielfalt der Speisen.

Cons:

Wir hätten sehr gerne eine bessere Getränkeauswahl gehabt. Es gab keine Weinkarte, sondern nur eine Sorte Rotwein und eine Sorte Weißwein. Das ist sehr schade; wir hätten sehr gerne einen hochwertigeren Wein getrunken.
