- Das "Meiner Meinung nach" sehr fragwürdige Personal mit einer Einstellung festgefahren & grenzwertig...
- Herrisches Auftreten sämtlicher Angestellter
- Missbrauch/ Diebstahl von Privatsachen
(Habe meiner Frau auf der Hinfahrt ein neues Makeup-Set gekauft, was sie dort vergessen hat, ich mit überhöhten Portokosten zusenden ließ & es fast völlig aufgebraucht zugesandt wurde.In der Waschtasche fehlten sogar Artikel)
Auch die Zusendungsfrist, nach Portokosten Überweisung wurde nicht eingehalten!
Alles in Allem, unter Anderer Führung wäre es sicher super, so allerdings nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

Morgenmaden var ganske fint med et bredt udvalg af brød, pålæg og frugt.

Cons:

Aftensmad var ikke speciel spændende, men det kan godt gå med en gang aftensmad på hotellet i løbet af sit ophold.

Erholung und Wellness die man sich leisten kann. Wirklich empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die MitarbeiterInnen waren alle sehr freundlich.
Das Essen am Buffet war traditionell tschechisch und ausgewogen. Ein Besuch der Taverne lohnt sich ungemein!
Durch die Lage des Hotels hat man viel Ruhe - kein Straßen- oder Industrielärm. Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell in Karlsbad.
Passend zum Thema war die Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels, dabei trotzdem bequem. Die Größe des Zimmers hat mich beeindruckt.
Das Hotel und die Umgebung sind Hundefreundlich.
Richtig tolle Thaimassage!
Kind (12Jahre) plant schon den nächsten Urlaub dort.
Preis/Leistung richtig gut.

Cons:

Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau: ich fand den Pool und den Spabereich etwas kalt.

So so la la note 3 ich gewartet mehr.
Cons:

Jakuzzi und Hammam kaputt , Schwimbad war auch nicht gut 2 Tage Clorix gestunken bis Besucher beschwerden geruch und Hautprobleme , nur dss nicht gut sons alles anderes sehr gut.
