Mit wenigen Kniffen zum außergewöhnlichen Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gutes, wunderschön umgesetztes Mittelalter-Thema. Die Betten waren sehr groß (1,80m. Oft gibt es in Hotels nur 1,60m Betten). Alle Möbel sehen alt aus. Im ganzen Hotel hängen schöne Gemälde und in den Zimmern hängen kleine Tafeln mit Auszügen aus der böhmischen Geschichte. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß (über 30qm). Vor dem eigentlichen Zimmer ist ein Eingansbereich für Schuhe und Jacken. Der Spa-Bereich wahr sehr schön. Wir haben Pool und Sauna gerne genutzt. Das Frühstück bot insgesamt eine gute Auswahl, es gab im Grunde alles was man sich bei einem Frühstück wünscht. Für das Hotel insgesamt vergeben wir eine 8/10. Für das Frühstück eher eine 7/10. Alles war sehr schön, aber ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte haben wir dann doch, denn ohne diese wäre das Hotel leicht eine 9-10/10.

Große Empfehlung auch für das sehr gute optionale Abend-Buffet! (Besonders für Fleisch-Fans)

Cons:

Die Handtücher für den Spa-Bereich muss man die ganze Zeit aufheben (in unserem Fall eine Woche), und kann diese nur gegen 50 Kronen (ca. 2€) wechseln. Das fanden wir etwas merkwürdig, weil man so doch irgendwie noch was extra zahlen muss für das Spa, wenn man die Handtücher nicht so lange nutzen will. In anderen Hotels liegen frische Handtücher immer kostelos im Spa aus.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, es gab eine sehr gute Auswahl, jedoch waren Brötchen oft etwas pappig, nicht kanckig, was vielleicht daran liegt, dass sie nicht abgedeckt werden? (Frühstück ist von 7:30 bis 10Uhr). Des Weiteren ist, wie leider sehr oft in Hotels, das Rührei nicht von besonders guter Qualität (vielleicht kein echtes Ei sondern Pulver) weshalb es oft nicht viel gegessen wurde. Wäre das Rührei gut und es gäbe knusprige Brötchen, wäre das Frühstück ne 9/10. So "nur" ne 7.

Leider hat man auch vergessen, uns unseren Topper aufs Bett zu legen. Den haben wir bis zuletzt nicht bekommen, obwohl wir diesen nach ein paar Tagen an der Rezeption angefordert haben. Denn im Eingang hängt eine Tafel, die darauf hinweist, dass die Betten recht fest sind und man auf Anfrage einen Topper bekommen kann. Als wir das gesehen haben, haben wir nach 3-4 Tagen einen angefragt. Der ist aber bis zum Schluss nicht gekommen, trotz Bestätigung der Rezeption.

Sehr ruhig. 2,5km zum Waldsee.

Hinweis: Auto ist nötig, um Karlsbad und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.

Pros:

Interesting place, looks like and old castle in the middle of the forest. We were provided extra 30min for late check-out which was nice. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Beds were rather uncomfortable and small. Also staff were asking us to politely leave the breakfast at exactly 11am even though it was obvious we were about to finish.

Gut, aber anders in der Vergangenheit kennengelernt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderbar! Ideal wenn man einen Tag in Karlsbad verbracht hat und dann in die Ruhe kommt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer 213 liegt über der Außenterrasse, dies sollte man bedenken, wenn man geräusch-und geruchsempfindlich ist. Ansonsten sehr idyllisch.

Cons:

Wir waren das 3.Mal schon hier. Unsere Wahl ist automatisch wieder auf das Zamek Luzek Spa gefallen, weil wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Allerdings muss man leider sagen, dass es nachlässt. Ich hatte im Vorfeld extra im Restaurant einen Tisch für das Abendessen bestellt. Man bestätigte mir die Tisch-Bestellung - allerdings ist das Restaurant, in dem ich reservieren wollte - nicht mehr geöffnet (oder nur wochenends - die Informationen dazu fehlen leider). Ich erwähnte beim Check-Inn die Reservierung und wir landeten beim Buffet-Essen (welches dann jetzt im selben Saal wie das Frühstück serviert wird). An der Info-Tafel gab es zwar Infos zum Buffet an sich -aber keine Infos zum Preis. Und zur ehem. Taverne auch nichts. Nach Bezahlung der Rechnung für das Buffet müssen wir leider sagen, dass qualitativ Preis-Leistung nicht gepasst haben, wenn man sonst an die tschechische Küche denkt Das ist leider sehr enttäuschend, wenn man es schon einmal anders erlebt hat und so rundum zufrieden war.

Hezký resort, klidné okolí
Pros:

Zámek Lužec Spa & Wellness Resort je velmi krásný resort v krásné přírodě. Oceňujeme polohu resortu a jeho okolí. Velmi hezky upravené interiéry, každý detail ladí s celkovým zámeckým stylem. Nápadité umístění "rytířů" ve zbroji po areálu :-) Snídaně byly dobré. Celkově hodnotíme dobře, až na detaily uvedené níže.

Cons:

Bohužel večeře byly velmi špatné, velmi malý výběr a jídla nevypadala vzhledově moc dobře. Vzhledem k ceně a celkovému stylu hotelu, jsme byli večeří velmi překvapeni. Bohužel během dne byl na balkoně patrný velmi silný pach smaženého oleje, tudíž se přes den nedal využít ani k větrání. Na pokoji není klimatizace, což ve velkém vedru může být problém.

Netter Aufenthalt zum Abspannen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön in Ritter Stil mit einem netten Ambiente.
Ruhige Lage in einem schönen Wald. Gastro Personal ein Traum, danke an die Frauen.

Cons:

Spa Bereich ist ausbaufähig, Sauna mitten am Pool mit einem Handtuch abgetrennt.
Es gibt keine Getränke im Spa oder auf der Sonnenterasse davor, diese Service wird leider tagsüber nicht angeboten, obwohl genug Personal verfügbar.

Замечательное место для тихого, уединеного отдыха. Просто релакс!
Pros:

Шикарные, просторные апартаменты. Люкс Карла 4. Чистота! Завтрак и ужин шикарные! Очень аутентично!

Cons:

За любые напитки на ужине нужно платить отдельно. На территории бассейна пол очень мокрый и почти не вытирается. Очень скользко!

V současném stavu bohužel nemohu ubytování doporučit.

Místo, příroda kolem.

Cons:

Wellnes je velmi sabé, sauna neudržovaná. Zámek působí na první pohled velmi hezky, samotný pobyt však pro nás byl velkým zklamáním. Ubytování i koupelna jsou výrazně opotřebované a úklid byl pouze povrchní. Největším problémem bylo nekvalitní, zjevně nečerstvé jídlo, po kterém nám bylo zle. Provozovateli by prospěla zásadní změna přístupu, skutečný důraz na kvalitu jídla, čistotu a reálnou péči o hosty.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner avec offre salée-sucrée complète. Piscine et salle de Fitness très agréables

Cons:

L’hôtel pourrait proposer davantage de balades/randonnees à faire à pied de l’hôtel. À ce jour, une seule est proposée avec très peu de guidage. Des panneaux avec orientation et repérages d’itinéraires serait appréciés afin de pouvoir passer quelques journées sur le site de l hôtel sans devoir prendre la voiture
