Abseits mit viel Ruhe zum Entschleunigen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt abseits, mit viel Ruhe zum Entspannen. Die Natur ringsum ist wunderschön.
Alle waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sogar auf Vegane Alternativen wurde extra eingegangen. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt.

Des vacances reposantes et parfaites

Nous avons passés une semaine dans la charmante maison d’hôte de Danilo et sa femme. Le déjeuner était parfait, la dame très gentille, très souriante, un plaisir ! La chambre était parfaite et la piscine un pur bonheur ! Danilo nous souhaitons vous remercier pour ses vacances reposantes passées au sein de votre maison. Pros:

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Pool in etwas abgeschiedener Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Levada-Einstieg direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt, ist aber auch nicht unbedingt notwendig.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist für alle, die es lieben außerhalb vom Massentourismus Madaira zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach eingerichtet! Wir hatten tolle Abende gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen in der Gemeinschaftsküche! Danielo ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber! Gemeinsam mit seiner Frau frühstückt er morgens mit seinen Gästen und hat immer noch ein paar Tipps. Danke, für die unvergessliche Zeit!

Cons:

Die Unterkunft liegt abseits vom Tourismus, daher sind auch die nächstgelegenen Restaurants und Supermärkte etwas weit entfernt! Aber es lohnt sich in der Gemeinschaftsküche zu kochen, so muss man im dunkeln nicht nochmal den Berg runter und wieder rauf!

L’endroit était très bien placé sur l’île, avec des restaurants et supermarchés à proximité.
C’est complètement dépaysant, on se retrouve au milieu de la montagne avec une vue à couper le souffle.

Rust, natuur en weg van massatoerisme
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig. Voldoende parkeerplekken, uitgebreid ontbijt, warm zwembad. Host is aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De handdoeken worden eens per 6 dagen vervangen. Zou wat mij betreft vaker mogen. Het ontbijt kan op zijn vroegst 7:45 uur. In overleg 7:30 uur, maar als je wilt hiken moet je eerder weg. Welke kant je ook op gaat, je bent gauw een uurtje onderweg.

Prima plek voor siteseeingtrip voor het hele eiland.

Pros:

Wir waren in dem Steinhaus. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, nicht abwechslungsreich, aber genug. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Der Pool war warm (28 Grad). Schöne Lage, direkt an einer kleinen Levada Wanderung angeschlossen - sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Im Steinhaus war relativ feucht. Leider haben bei starkem Wind die Klappen der Lüftung in der Küche und im Bad geklappert. Der Kaffee war ok. Eine Kaffeemaschine war auch vorhanden, nur man sollte selber Kapseln bringen - bei diesem Preis ist das nicht akzeptabel, eine Tasse pro Person am Tag kostet 0,30!
