Se cobra un fee adicional por la limpieza y además bastante elevado, fue el único lugar donde vi eso.

On the downside, when we walked in the apartment after 4pm it felt humide and the floor of both bathrooms were still wet despite the fact that we received a message saying the room was ready at 3:20pm. The bathroom cabinet door was broken, the toilet seat was broken and had been removed, so we had to sit directly on the toilet bowl. There was also only a very small amount of soap left in the dispensers.
We also received a call from the Sweet staff at 10:36 p.m. because of a noise complaint during the World Cup… The neighbour could simply have knocked on our door and talk to us instead of contacting the staff.

Dirty. No nightstands. Noise by the street. Building is not clean or secure.

The access to the appartment was a headache until we were exceptionally provided with a physical key. Their electronic locks work rearly and when you return home late you cannot locate anyone on the phone. Team replies through Whatsup and after they reset you gain access. Waiting for 15+ minutes outside your appartment with family at night or any time is not acceptable. Also carbage removal or refill of the already almost empty shampoos and toiltet papers need to be arranged as an extra service at a charge.

Lo primero es que nunca pude usar la aplicación de Sweet desde mi teléfono, por lo que tuve que llamar en muchas oportunidades al teléfono del wattsapp, me mandaban un enlace que nunca pude abrir, por lo que me tramitaron mucho para acceder al departamento y era tarde y venía llegando de viaje. Sólo pude completar el pago una vez adentro del departamento, conectado a internet desde un tablet.
Otro tema importante, es que el termostato del aire acondicionado se encuentra en el living comedor, entonces en la noche cuando cierras las piezas de las habitaciones, el living comedor se congela mientras las habitaciones están muy calurosas. No pude dormir bien por este motivo.

Escalera muy peligrosa y muy cerca de salida de dormitorios, fácil caerse.. en terraza falta un toldo o quita sol es demasiado calurosa .. y limpieza

Zentrale Klimaanlage bläst am Esstisch eiskalt, im Schlafzimmer bleibt es zu warm. Der Balkon ohne Sonnenschutz ist grösstenteils unbenutzbar. Auf einer Seite fehlte der Nachttisch (=Brett). Den Schrank ohne Schiebetüren kann man kaum öffnen. Schlechtes, weil z. T. defektes Licht in beiden Bädern. Wir haben 1 Geschirrtab für 4 Nächte und auch auf Nachfrage keine Handseife erhalten. Der Geschirrspüler fällt auseinander und Spülglanz und Spülsalz fehlten.
