Very clean which is very important for me, would definitely stay there again

We didn't like the fleece sheets. Very minor. Not much natural lighting.

Convinent location and quite, on the whole clean except the shower.
Pros:

breakfast was good and location was quite and convinent to the function that we had to attend

Cons:

The sofa bed was a bit short for my tall adult daughter and not enough room to open the sofa into a bed. The main bed was caved in towards the bed head. i dont think its suitable for three adults. The shower was not clean, mould in between the tiles and corners of the shower

Perfect place to visit the Sandhurst Golf Club
Pros:

Close to the Sandhurst Golf Course and shops in close proximity. Breakfast provisions provided. Comfortable bed and very clean room.

Cons:

No AC but Evaporative Cooler and fan kept the room cool.

Comfy but not for pets
Pros:

Room was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was an extensive variety. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet.

Cons:

Area for dog to empty out was tiny and gate had big gap in it.
Shower floor was too slippery.

It was technically only one room but in the booking.com says two rooms as one room is just a passage. Public transport is not available.

Great facilities, 15 mins to Chelsea Heights Hotel gig, loved the breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very responsive host. Perfect for my needs last weekend.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and every effort had been made to supply everything you could need. A lovely selection of continental breakfast supplies was provided. The bedsit was exceptionally clean. It was also a little quirky in its layout but that did not detract from my enjoyment of the stay.
