Cons:

Um ponto que me causou transtorno foi o secador do quarto, que não funcionava. Em nenhum momento fui informada sobre esse problema. Só descobri quando precisei utilizá-lo, já no momento do checkout, quando não havia mais tempo hábil para solicitar a substituição do equipamento. Fui embora de cabelo molhado mesmo.

Se a equipe já tinha conhecimento de que o secador estava com defeito, o correto seria ter informado previamente ou providenciado a troca antes da hospedagem, evitando esse inconveniente.
